I was out walking my dog at 9 am. No one is ever out this early where I live so I didn't think to put a collar on him. I live in New York so right about now everyone would be going to bed.
I saw this truck pull up right across the street from me. Some really hot dude stepped out and opened the back of the truck. He started pulling out boxes on top of boxes. Well I guess that my new neighbor. I was to busy focused on the man, I didn't see my dog take off after him.
" Max come back!!" I yelled. I know it's a typical dog name but i love the name Max.
"Oh. Fuck." the man yelled. I have to admit it was a little hot hear his voice and hearing him cuss. He had this deep angel like voice.
" Hey I am so sorry. No one is very really out this early. I hope he did not hurt you." I said while pulling my dog back.
"No you are fine honey. He just scared me that is all." He said with a smile. I'm James by the way. Im your new neighbor. "
"Im (Y/N). i live right across the street over there." I said pointing to my house.
"Well good. Now i get to see that beautiful face everyday." he said with a wink. I just blushed and smiled. Then walked away. "Your not going to say anything back?" He asked.
I stepped onto my porch then turned around. "see ya" Is all i said then walked inside.
A few hours later I look outside again and see that the truck was gone and Mercedes was parked in the spot. I walk up to my room and I started to change my clothes for the day. As I get ready to shut the blinds on my window I look across and see James at his window to. Our bedroom windows are lined up across each other perfectly. He looks at me and smiles.
I smile back and my heart starts pounding. I quickly shut the blinds and back away then sit on my bed. This is going to be an awesome year with James next to me.
