The next morning naruto was waiting at training field 7 when he sees tsunade, shizune, sakura, and jiraiya walking to him.
"Hey guys so why did you want to meet here grandma tsunade?" asked naruto.
"Oh simple brat you're going to be tested" said tsunade.
"And what is this test?" asked naruto.
"That would be me" said kakashi landing next to tsunade.
"Wait so I have to fight you sensei" said naruto feeling exited
"That's right naruto"

Naruto and kakashi walk to the center of the field.
"Ready begin!" yells jiraiya

Both shinobi launch at each other tossing several hunai and shunakins at each other before they lock in a taijutsu match.
"You've gotten better" said kakashi dodging a kick.
"So have you sensei" said naruto blocking a punch.
They jump away from each other.
"You caught me you weren't the only one training all this time" said kakashi revealing his sharingan.
"So lets not play around okay naruto" says kakashi.
"Fine by me!" says naruto as golden chakra surrounds him.
"So this is the nine tail chakra" says kakashi in awe.
"Your the one who wanted to fight seriously" says naruto.

Meanwhile on the sidelines.
"What the hell is that?" asks a shocked sakura.
"Thats something you'll have to ask naruto about sakura" says tsunade.
"But I got to admit it is impressive"
Jiraiya smirks.
"You ain't seen anything yet"

"Wind style: great breakthrough!" calls out naruto.
"Earth style: mud wall" says kakashi creating an earth wall to block the wind blast only for the wall to crumble.
"Not good enough sensei" says naruto before he jumps to the side as two arms shoot out of the ground were his feet were.
"Almost had you naruto" said kakashi climbing out of the ground.
"Fire style: fire ball jutsu"
Naruto turns to the crumbled earth wall and see another kakashi launching a fireball at him.
"So shadow clones sensei" says naruto dodging the fire jutsu.
"Well you know me" says naruto making a cross hand sign
"Shadow clone jutsu"
30 narutos surround kakashi before they charge.
"So this old trick huh" says kakashi flashing through several hand signs.
"Water style: giant vortex" calls kakashi creating a massive wave of water from the near be river to flood the field destroying the clones.
"Great breakthrough!"
A blast of wind hit kakashi sending him crashing in to the trees.
" jiraiya-sama wasn't kidding he is strong" thought kakashi regaining his balance only to see naruto a few feet in front of him.
"He's fast!"
Kakashi just barely managed dodge naruto's strike.
"Lightning style: hunting hound" says kakashi firing a dog made of lightning at naruto only for him to side step.
"Rasengan!" yells naruto charging at kakashi with a ball of chakra in his hand.
"Need to get back!" Thought kakashi jumping back out of the jutsus range.
"Gotcha!" says naruto as a hand made of chakra shoots put of naruto's hand pushing the rasengan forward stopping an inch from kakashi's chest.
"Well it looks like you win naruto" says kakashi giving his eye smile.

"Wow just wow" said sakura seeing naruto beat their sensei.
"He has come far" said shizune.
Tsunade is in deep thought after seeing the spar.
"Maybe I don't need tenzo to watch him and I can really keep him as a genin"

Jiraiya claps his hands.
"Good job kid now get over here"

After kakashi and naruto make their way back to the group tsunade stands in front if naruto.
"Well I gotta say I didn't expect you to do so well naruto so as of right now as hokage I promote you to the rank of special jonin"
This shock everyone.
"But granny don't I have to take those stupid exams to get a new rank?" asked naruto.
"For most ranks yes but special jonin exist out side of normal ranks for this very reason" says tsunade.
"And putting you in the chunnin exams would tell the other villages and the akatsuki of you new abilities"
"Good job naruto you earned it kid" says jiraiya happy for his godson.
"He's rights naruto you earned this" says sakura and shizune.
Naruto can't help but give one of his big goofy smiles.
