3rd Person Pov
"MOM MOM MOM MOM MOM!!!! HURRY! IM GONNA GET MY QUIRK TODAY! What do,you think it will be? Your quirk or dads? Will it be flashy? Or strong? Or both? One that helps me become a hero?" Izuku Midoriya was going to get his quirk confirmed today on his 4th birthday. His mom, Inko Midorya, was still trying to recover after the hailstorm of questions

"Ah...yes Izuku, you will have a very strong and flashy quirk that will save many lives!" Her son's smile could melt the coldest heart and he starting shaking in excitement.

Time skip to doctors office

"How should I say this, his quirk is a danger to him and others, and probably shouldn't be used."

"Wh-what do you mean? What is my son's quirk?" Inko's heart dropped after hearing the doctors words. Izuku was having a silent panic attack in his mind.

"Well you see, his quirk is called 'Devastate' and it is very strong, maybe even stronger than All Might's. It works the same way too, it delivers monstrous hits, capable of making strong winds."

"That doesn't sound so bad. He could be great hero!"

"Or a terrifying villain wi-" the good doctor was interrupted by a furious Inko.

"What did you call my son?!"

Clearly scared, the doctor continued, "He can't control it. Once activated, he could very well be uncontrollable and his body could implode on its self. Not to mention the devastating effect it'll have on nearby surroundings."

'Villain? Uncontrollable? Implode? Devastate?' Izuku was still trying to calm down. "M-mom, what does this mean? Will I become a villain?" A scared Izuku was asking his mom.

Her eyes were filled with terror on hearing her sons words. The doctor hearing that talked before the mom could.

"There is good news though, if he works out and develops his body to take the impact and learns to control his quirk, he can be an excellent hero. Not to mention the extreme durability you'll get when you activate your quirk." The statement seemed to calm the mothers eyes and calmed the boy's body.

"Then I will become an excellent hero!"

Time skip outside of the hospital

"I can't wait to become a hero mom! What do you think my hero name should be?"

Inko gave a light chuckle at her son, "I think you have a few years before you have to worry about your hero name. How about some ice cream to celebrate your quirk?" Izuku nodded his head so fast it created after images.

They on their way to their ice scream parler when they heard a scream in a nearby alleyway. Inko pulled her son back, and held his hand then called the police. Izuku was scared for his life and his moms. But he couldn't help but worry about the person in the alleyway being harmed.

"Just hurry and put the little girl in the truck, well call the parents and demand a ransom when we get back to base!" Thug One said.

"Let me go! Get away from me!" It was a little girls voice it sounded she was around Izuku's age.

It broke Izuku's heart knowing that a little girls was being kidnapped for money. Without knowing, he stepped out in front of the three thugs.

"Let her go! She has nothing to do with your money problems!"

Izuku Pov

What was I thinking running out here, I don't know how to use my quirk, much less control it. This was a job for a hero.

Third Person Pov

"Hey brat, get away from here, this isn't a place for you!" Said Thug Two, holding a little girl in his hand.

Then Thug Three started to move up to Izuku. couldn't do anything but scream for him to get away from him and the girl.

"I guess you'll be coming along with us then." Said Thug Four who was somehow behind Izuku. Izuku turned around to see a man towering above him, his hand turned into a ball, around the size of a bowlingball

"Stay away!" Izuku's body was covered in what seemed like energy, red veins covering his body. He cocked his arm and formed a fist. He threw his fist into the mans gut. Causing the man to fold and expound blood out of his body. The now lifeless body was shot back with the wind force shooting him back into the building across the street, the buildings on the receiving end of the epic punch were demolished and rubble was sent flying. Izuku's mom was lucky enough to have the hit not cause any damage to her. But the same could not be said to her son. His left arm was covered in purple colored skin, cuts covered the arm and leaked blood. It looked like it was about to fall off but was still attached.

The thugs seeing this, stood there shocked to see a powerhouse of kid. They then proceeded to turn tail and run, leaving the girl behind. But they only ran into the cops closing in on their location and arrested.

"IZUKU!!!!!!" Inko was running to the boy who was knocked out due to the pain covering his arm.
