The pale faced, awkward girl, stood slanted in front of her dirty mirror.

Her tiny hands straightening the tight skirt attached to her thighs.

Tonight she was going out.

It was very rare that Robin ever left the comfort of her room.

Her normal day would always consist of the same events, and all of these occurred in her small apartment.

Robin's way too outgoing best friend, Candice, was planning on changing her routine. They both looked at each other, Candice taking in Robin's appearance and smiling. She never wore clothing like this, and you could say Candice was surprised that she would actually go along with it.

Robin's thick brown hair was curled, her tangles being hidden by the sudden volume. Her normally lifeless hair looking somewhat healthy. The tight skirt hugging her hips, and sticking to her thighs, showing off her pale legs. Robin sighed, placing her hands at the hem of her skirt, trying to lower it.

"It's fine, it's fine." Candice reassured her.

"They're will be worse where we're going."

Candice grabbed Robin's hand, rubbing the back of it lightly.

"Let's do this."

Candice ordered a cab, both of them hopping in. She was proud of Robin for actually leaving the house, as there are reason why she never wants too, it was a big step. Although, Candice's thought of going to a club was a bit risky, the girls agreed it would be okay.

Both the girls had thoughts rushing through there head, all of the thoughts very similar. The one reason Candice didn't want to take her friend to the club, is that Robin used to drink; a lot.

Robin used to drink to take the away pain, the memories that she wanted to decay, without herself being revisited by them. She hated her past. Whenever she thought about it, something bad would always happened. Robin would get upset, drink, and probably cause arguments, or no one hears from her for at least a week. Even though the habit had slowly faded away, Candice was still worried it would arise, the risk was low, but was still there.

The one thing Candice didn't know, is that Robin smoked; also a lot. Her strong sent of vanilla, and different flowers, blocked out the thick smoke that sat on most of her clothes. She would always smoke outside, on the old balcony.

The cab came to a stop outside of a fairly busy club. Candice paid the driver, said her thank you's, and both the girls got out of the cab, and leaped into the cold air of London.

Robin's weak arms grasped the side of her dress, as Candice led her to the bouncer. Of course she had some kind of connection with anyone and everyone. Candice whispered something to the bouncer, putting her hand on his shoulder. He nodded slowly, his lips turing into a grin.

"Yes, Miss Watson!" He pronounced, patting her back and smiling. He led the girls into the club, telling them the special drink, then he returned back to his post outside.

"Do you want a drink? Or is it too much? I don't want you to h-" Candice was interrupted.

"It's fine. I'll just get something small, whatever you're having." Robin said, practically shouting over the loud music. She couldn't hear herself think, but maybe that was a good thing. Candice nodded, walking over to the bar with Robin.

While Candice ordered the drinks, Robin looked at the many people filled up into the small room. Her eyes scanned through the darkness the dance floor being the focal point. Drunk people filled the floor, dancing way too close to strangers in their risky outfits. To the left of the busy dance floor, there was private sections guarded with a thick red rope, which obviously meant that people who sat over there either had money, or might have been important.

The one thing that defiantly became a focal point in Robin's eyes, were the four tall boys that entered the club. All of them dressed in black skinny jeans, worn with some type of old band shirt. They walked passed Robin without even taking a second glance, entering the roped off area. Candice arrived back with drinks.

"Ooh, who are they?" She said handing Robin her small glass of whatever.

"I don't know, but I like them." Robin replied, taking a sip of the strong alcohol. It burned her throat slightly as she took a small sip, but as she finished the liquid, it just felt normal.

"They could probably have the pick of the club." Candice muttered, her eyes wandered to the boys table.

"Like, which girl they'd take home to fuck kinda pick?" Robin said, laughing ever so slightly at her remark.

"Yes! That kinda a pick." She replied, snickering at the sentence.

As the two girls ordered more drinks, it felt like the music in the club got louder, and the curiosity about these boys got stronger. Candice always loved male attention, and it was easy for her to get it. Her perfect figure, and beautiful blonde hair gave her many points from the male side. The one thing Robin did love about Candice, is that she didn't look, or act fake.

Candice lead Robin to the dance floor, but Robin never really stayed. She just wandered back to the bar, ordering small drinks as she watched her friend on the floor. After a good fifteen minutes of admiring Candice, she noticed that she was running towards her.

"Robin, Robin!" Candice screamed into her ear.

"What?" Robin replied, her eyes scanning Candy's face.

"There's a boy on the dance floor that keeps looking at you." Candy said, looking at Robin to continue.

"He's one from the group that we saw earlier, well actually, two of them think you're pretty cute!" A look of confusion was spread across Robin's face. Was she going to believe her friends slurred words? Boys were never interested in Robin. Well, the last time she remembered liking a boy, was at least in high school. But, he broke her heart, and she doesn't really want it broke again.

"Candy, boys don't find me cute.." Robin said after a while, breathing slowly as Candice sat down on the stool next to her. Candy's facial expressions seemed to weaken, the alcohol not seeming visible anymore.

"Robin, seriously, don't put yourself down like this." She sighed, placing her hand on Robin's.

"I wouldn't lie to you about this." And Robin really knew that Candice wouldn't.

"Okay. Let's go meet some boys."
