Levi's Apartment

Monday, November 19th

That work day, Levi didn't show up. After Eren was done with his shift, he headed over to Levi's since his address was on his employment form.
Eren knocked and Levi answered. Levi was looking paler than usual, wearing a black t-shirt and black pajama shorts. "Hey, Eren." Levi said, his voice quiet and very raspy. Eren was suddenly worried. "Oh, that's why you weren't here today... I'm gonna stay here with you until you feel better, and I'm not taking no for an answer." Eren declared, walking in. "You really don't have to stay here..." Levi replied, sitting on his couch which had a large blanket on it and a pillow, showing that Levi had been resting. "Well, I am because I'm worried about you. Do you need anything or are you good for now?" Eren asked, sitting beside Levi. "I'm good, thank you." He answered, leaning against Eren, resting his head on Eren's shoulder. Eren smiled and put his arm around Levi, leaning back into the couch so they were comfier. Eren knew Levi was probably just acting this way since he was woozy from his medicine, but he wanted to enjoy this while he could. Levi dozed off shortly after, his arms wrapped around Eren's chest. Eren laid down so Levi was laying on top of him, embracing him close as if he were protecting Levi.

Eren woke up late at night. They had fallen asleep together and had apparently slept all day. (I've done that before, it's pretty great.) He looked at Levi, who's head was resting on his shoulder. Eren gently kissed Levi's forehead and hugged him closer, looking at the ceiling.

Early in the morning, Levi woke up and stretched out, still on top of Eren. Eren also woke up at about the same time.
"How'd you sleep?" Eren asked, gently moving some hair out of Levi's face.
"Good." Levi said, smiling.
God, that smile. I love it. Eren thought to himself, also smiling.
