As the next day approached Alex was walking to work. She sighed heavily and didn't feel like going to work today. It was too early for this, and she was going to work until 7 p.m. As it was 7:25 a.m right now. ' TOO EARLY!! ' she screamed in her head. She went inside her office, being a counselor for kids she had her own office so she could talk with them privately. ' Okay Alex you can do this... don't snap at anyone today.'

She smiles and sighed, trying to be happy. As the day passes by she talked with many kids. Surprisingly she knew every kids problems and never got them confused. She was happy to make the sad kids laugh and smile. As a kid counselor she didn't just talk about their problems about life but she also played with them. Whatever calmed them down, puzzles, coloring, stuff like that.

The sun was starting to set, as she was locking up the building. It was small but it was big enough to her. She sighed and felt a tap on her shoulders. She turned around and yelps in surprise when she sees Jeff. " You surprised me, I didn't think you would be here. "

Jeff has his hands in his pockets, he gulps.

In the morning~ Jeff's situation.

Jeff woke up and yawned. He sat up and rubs his head with. The feeling was still there, Sadness. He frowns a bit, ' Why won't it go away? ' he thought. He gets out of bed and takes a quick shower. He was thinking why he was feeling this, ' She's just a girl.. ' he groans and splashed cold water on himself. That woke him up, and that got him moving out of the shower once he was done.

He dried himself off and got clothes on. Once he opened the door once again Slenderman was right there. " Hello Jeff..." Jeff sighed and shakes his head. " What now? "

Slenderman crosses his arms, " You have to kill her tonight understand? " Jeff nods, " Okay..." Slenderman walks away to his room and closes the door.

Jeff walks off and eats something real quick. For the rest of the day he was sharpening his life. In his mind he fought over if he should kill her or not. Then night came and it was time for him to leave.

He walked out of the door of the house and went to town. He found her locking up a building. He walked over to her and tapped her shoulder, then put his hands in his pocket. He touched the handle of the sharpened knife.

Back to the present

Alex tilts her head, " Are you okay? " Jeff forces himself to take out the knife, his hand shakes but he tries to control it. He pins her to the wall of the building, and raises the knife. Alex goes wide eye and looks at the knife and then at him.

Jeff growls and then brings down the knife. Alex gasps and closes her eyes tightly, but she felt nothing. No pain, but she felt that Jeff took his hand off of her. She slowly opens her eyes and looks at him.

Jeff was on his knees, the knife on the ground next to him. He puts his hands on his face, he shakes. Alex frowns and what she should have done was run away but she didn't like people being sad. She kneels down and hugs him gently. Jeff was surprised, he looks at her. " W-what are you doing?" He asked her. " It's a hug silly, you just wrap your arms around the person. Then pull them in close to you, and give a little squeeze. A hug. "

Jeff wraps his arms around and carefully hugs her. " Yea that's it! " Alex smiles and hugs him again. Jeff smiles, not on of his crazy smiles but a happy smile. Alex looks at him, " Where you really going to kill me back there..?" She frowns. Jeff sighed and nodded as they released each other.

Alex stares at him with soft eyes, " Why if I may ask?" Jeff rubs the back of his neck nervously. " I rather not talk about it but.... I-I don't want to kill you." He bows his head shyly. Alex smiled, " I'm glad, maybe we can be friends?" She tilts her head a little. Jeff looked at her and nodded, " I would like that.."
