4's POV
Break at flake was just finished, and everyone was out doing their own thing, including me and X. He wanted to play tag for the 50th time, so we did. As he started to run at me, I scooted over, dodging him. The move resulted in him swiping at thin air, then falling face-first, flipping himself over. "Hey, that's not fair!" X shouted, crossing his arms and turning his head in a playful way. "You always say that." I retorted, walking over and pulling him up. He then giggled, before tapping me on my arm. "Tag, you're it!" He laughed, running away from me. I gasped, then ran after him, trying to get him back. But he kept going, getting farther and farther every second-
Then he ran into a tree.
Yep, a tree.
Once he hit it, I halted, watching him fall back, staring into the sky. After a few seconds of silence, he started to snicker, before bursting into laughter. I began to laugh too, when we had to catch our breath. I looked up, and saw that the sun was starting to set, so I lay next to X on the grass. I was too tired to walk all the way back to the house(?), so I curled up, closing my eyes. Before I could sleep, I heard X talk. "Love you Four." And my eyes shot open, my heart felt like it skipped a beat, and I looked at X to find him asleep. Even though he was sleeping, I scooted closer to him, wrapping my arms around him. "..I love you too" I confessed as well, when I felt him grab onto my arm. Before closing my eyes, I leaned my head over and kissed him on his cheek, then I fell asleep, as the sun set beyond the horizon.
Guys wait I actually did good on this holy lonely pony eating macaroni but seriously I didn't think it'd be this good 👌
