Everyone got off the train with their luggage, and dropped it off with an old man, that the older kids called "Filch". He had a cat, that was old and in need of a wash. He had greasy hair, bald at the top, with old and worn out robes. "He must be the care taker" Harry thought.
Just as a gigantic man (that Harry knew as Hagrid) stood over the new pupils, Harry looked around for Ron, but he was nowhere to be seen. Neither was Hermione. Harry grew anxious. He was alone, in a crowd of strangers. Alone. Alone. Alone. Harry almost collapsed when a familiar voice filled his ears,,
"So I'm guessing it's my turn to ask if you're okay!" It was Draco. "Are you okay? You look more place than before."
"Um, I guess I'm fine. Just don't like being alone, especially now, when I don't know anyone, or where I am" Harry blurted out.
"At least your not alone now," Draco chuckled a little, "you want to share a boat with me, Pansy And Blaise?"
"Yeah, if it's okay" Harry looked around, Draco was by himself. Who were these people he was going on about?
"All right then, get into groups of four, and share the boats. Best be getting on our way if we want to make the sorting ceremony" Hagrid concluded. Harry followed Draco to find that Blaise and Pansy had gone with their siblings again.
"Dammit" Draco muttered. They ended up in a boat with Harry's friends from the train.
The ride felt like it took forever, but Harry didn't care. He was next to Draco. He spoke and Harry listened, while admiring him. Sadly, they reached the shores, when two people approached them;
"Where did you go, Draco? We couldn't see you on the boats!" The girl said, with a worried tone. The boy stayed silent.
"I was with Harry here. He was alone, so I shared the boat with him" Draco replied, with a sarcastic sense about him (Draco to Harry) " This is Pansy, by the way, and he's Blaise. He's more talkative when you get to know him."
"H-hi" Harry stuttered. They all fell silent, until Blaise broke the silence,
"We should get walking. Almost everyone has left" he sounded soft, with a deep voice. The three set off. Harry didn't see Ron and Hermione leave, so he just went with Draco. As they walked, his hand skimmed Draco's. Harry kept waking, as non-chalontly (A/N idk how to spell that) as he could, but he saw, out of the corner of his eyes, that Draco went a pale pink.
