maria was clever, and she knew she couldn't let him go without a fight.
he was young, tall, handsome, wealthy, worthy of her time, talented in many ways. if anyone was perfect enough to be by her side, it was park chanyeol.
she would finally fulfill her dream of marrying, and marrying someone important, no less.
maria miranda convinced the twenty five year old to spend one more week in her country through caresses and kisses. he was reluctant at first, since he wanted to return home. but he was also smitten with her and gave in to spending another week by her side.
when the second week was up, she made him promise to return. to which he old obliged.
he assured he would go to korea, talk to his parents about his love for her, and come back to ask for her hand in marriage.

but i mean, i feel ya, maria. if i were her, i would also want to get married to park chanyeol as soon as humanly possible.
