The black wolf on the side is Dylan
Chapter 3.
I yawned and made my way down stairs. I turned the corner, only to run into a rock hard chest. "Ooof." I stumbled backwards, a little dazed. I looked up at Dylan. Instead of making some rude comment he was staring at me with a curious look.
"What?" I ask, a little confused.
He nodded toward my outfit. When i looked down i could feel a blush creep up on my face. All i was wearing was a baggy t shirt and my underwear. I groaned and headed back upstairs, embarrassed.
"Nice bed head!" Dylan called, laughing.
I groaned again. "Shut up!"
After i was dressed and my hair wasn't a mess i came back down stairs. I avoided looking Dylan in the eyes as i made my breakfast.
"Good morning guys!" John yelled as he came down stairs.
"Morning." I muttered.
When we were all sat down at the table John cleared his throat. "I have to go out of town tonight, and i wont be back for a couple of days. I trust that you guys will be okay?"
"No!" I yelled at the same time Dylan said, "Yes!"
John glanced at us confused. I looked at Dylan. His eyes said party. I like that thought. I smiled slightly and shook my head. "Yes, we will be fine."
After another confused glance he finally gave up and shook his head. "Teenagers." He sighed. "Alright I'm going to the store, then I'm packing."
When John was gone i looked at Dylan. "Party huh?"
He smirked. "You know me so well."
"I wish i didn't." I muttered
Dylan stood. "Oh come on, you know you like me." He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me to him, I could feel his warm breath on my neck.
I pulled away and faced him, "No, Dylan. I don't. I hate you, and I always will."
At first anger flashed in his eyes. Then there was nothing. "I don't really care if you hate me or not. Because, Pumpkin, it wont matter in the end when i have the pack, and you have nothing."
With that he walked away. I stared at his disappearing back until i couldn't see it anymore. Then i slid down the wall on to my butt, and put my head in my hands. Now what? I ran my hand through my hair. There's going to be a party tonight. And Dylan's going to be there. With a bunch of his friends. Uh oh. This cant be good.
I snapped my eyes open and jumped up. I ran out the back door, where Dylan had gone. I seen him come out of the shed with a hammer and nails. I walked up to him and jabbed my finger into his chest, anger building inside me. "Listen Mister, you will not try anything at this party! You got that?! I haven't had all that much fun because of you! I've been so worried about when your going to strike and whats going to happen, and its not going to be here! So whatever your stupid plans are, throw them away. This is my house and I'm not gonna let you ruin this!"
Dylan took a step back, startled. He looked at me with confusion. Then his eyes cleared. "Oh don't worry Pumpkin, i wouldn't ruin a perfectly good party. Anyways a party is hardly the place to settle this. Don't you think?" He smiled and pushed past me.
I gaped at him as he walked away. "Don't you dare act like i'm the fool Dylan!" I stormed into the house after him.
He looked over his shoulder. "Oh, its no act Lily."
