Chapter Twenty-Seven||July Fourth

Jeongin's POV

"So today is July fourth so..." I say

"PARTAY" Misun shouts

"And I know just where to throw it too" Mina says

Mina nods at Misun and Soomi and they nod back.

Mina's POV

I walk into Misun's room and I change into my clothes that I wore here. I walk out and I grab Soomi and Misun's arm and I drag them into Misun's room.

"So what I'm thinking is that we have a cookout at my moms house!" I say

"Yeaaaa and I can make my famous BBQ." Soomi says

"And I can decorate!!" Misun says

We all put our hand in the middle and we count down from three and put our hands up.

Soomi and Misun change there clothes to what they were wearing before. We all walk out of Misun's room and go downstairs and out the door and we drive to My moms house.

Misun's POV

We get to Mina's moms house and we ring the door bell.

Mina's mom has always been a nice person but sometimes she gets too nice. She bombards us with gifts and presents. She's a nice person but sometimes she can get on peoples nerves.

Mina's mom opens the door and sees us. She goes and gives big hugs to Soomi and Mina but not me. I go onto Jeongin's back and he gives me a piggyback.

Mina's mom welcomes us in and we walk in. I get off of Jeongin's back and I sit down, Jeongin being my support animal, he sits next to me.

"Mother you may have heard that Misun and Soomi's grandfather passed away." Mina says

"Mhm." Mina's mom says

"So the funereal isn't until tomorrow so we are throwing a Fourth of July party here!" Mina says

"Okay, I'll let you, But only if I get to do the decorating." Mina's mom says

"But Mrs. Jung I'm doing the decor-" i get cut off  "that's great you can do the decorations" Soomi says

I walk off into the guest bedroom.

"Misun Wait, Are you guys happy with yourselves now." Jeongin says

Jeongin's POV

I run upstairs and look all around for Misun.

"Misun come here. Misun?" I say worried

I see someone run through the darkness and I run over there. I see it again but now it ran into me.

"Misun?" I say

It looks up at me and I see Misun's cute face.

"Hey just cause she's doing the decorating doesn't mean that you can't do what you're good at.......um" i say

"That's the thing I'm not good at anything but decorating." Misun says

"Hey that's not true!" I say

"The only other thing that I'm good at for a party is games and the only game that where gonna play is 'Marco Polo' in the pool!" Misun says

"I'm so sorry, I can go talk to them." I say

"No, I need to fight my own battles!" Misun says

Misun runs downstairs and starts talking to them and I follow her.

"Okay I was the first one to decide I was doing the decorating so you can't just come in here and say that you are doing the decorating so I'm doing the decorating and I'm not taking no for an answer." Misun says

"First of all Wow second okay you can do then and third what sass!" Mina's mom says

Soomi's POV

I cross my arms and I give Misun a smug look

"You may have won the battle but not the War!" I mouth to Misun

I see Misun smile and mouth to me 'we'll see about that'. I get on my phone and I start inviting all my friends that are still here and not in Bora Bora, the girls do the same.

I go outside to the backyard and I look at the grill. I get started to the sight of Mina's father sneaking up on me.

"She's a Bute ain't she." He says

"Oh hey Uncle Bry, What are you doing here aren't our supposed to be in Ohio?" I ask him "I just got back and I brought something for...." he leaves me on a suspicion "Your cousin, Guess what I got her. I got her a poster of Chris Pratt and he signed it!!" He says "okay you have fun telling her, she's inside looking at decorations on her phone." I say

I run inside to get some ribs and burgers then I hear Misun.

"Omg omg omg. ARE YOU SERIOUS A CHRIS PRATT POSTER SIGNED BY THE ONE AND ONLY CHRIS PRATT!!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU" Misun was screaming

I just grab the burgers and ribs and go out side.

I start putting everything on the grill and I start BBQIN'. I get bunches of texts from my friends saying they'll be here.

I run inside and grab stuff to make my special sauce. I get bbq sauce and put it into a pot I get garlic, some burger geese and chopped up onion and I put it into the Sauce pan and I start mixing. I grab three big plates and I bring them outside with the sauce.

I put all the stuff down and I flip the burgers and I put the ribs on a different side. I go back to the sauce and I taste it, it tastes good really really good.

I look inside through the window to see what's happening but no ones inside. I shake it off and before I knew it the house has been decorated. I finish putting the cheese on some of the burgers and I finish grilling the ribs I grab one of the big plates and I start putting the ribs on it and the sauce. I finish the burgers and I grab one more plate and I put the burgers on it.

I grab the last plate and I run inside and I chop up tomatoes into slices so as the lettuce, onions, and then I throw some sliced pickles down too.

I get all the plates then I bring them outside and I put them on the picnic table. I pour the rest of the sauce into a big bowl.

End of the party
Misun's POV

"That was a party." I say while yawning
"I know right. We do throw good ones." Mina say and Soomi hums agreeing. I lay down on Jeongin's lap while he sits down on the swinging chair. I try to stay awake but my eyes are getting heavier and heaved but then Jeongin kisses my forehead.
