Time is real, we feel it, we can see it on our phones and watches, some of us really feel it, waiting for a loved one's arrival, waiting in the waiting room for dad's surgery to be over, or something else entirely etc.... Time is real yes, but time travel however is impossible. I'm sorry to break it to you but there is no past, there's no future, there's only now, and now is what matters.
Why did we gave time names like past and future? its in our human nature to wonder what would happen next and what has happened before, but my friends, our whole past is only a simple memory, a memory of what it used to be our "now" just a memory nothing at all, a memory that lives in our grandfathers and grandmothers minds, stories they've told us, stories we haven't seen only heard of, some of these stories of past nows has been shared with the whole planet like world war two for example, or even religion, but let's not get carried away now... just think about it! Our now today will be our children's stories someday.
therefor time is not a place, it doesn't have a ground or a planet of its own we can travel to, time is our memory and we cannot travel to a "past memory" because the moment of that memory is gone, the "now" of that memory is no longer a now, we cannot travel to long gone and used to be now moment! thus time travel is impossible.
