Why is drawing Rick so fun and easy (probably cause Paris' face is the same. Fucking. Shape.) To draw? but Morty is a total bitch to even doodle?

Here are my warm up sketches and crap.. Yeah I kinda deviated from my original Morty sketch because I wanted him to have a narrower (?) Face.
And I know Morty's hair is drawn mostly as roundish or curly but I figured it could be similar to Rick's cause they are related and have really nothing in common.
