Remembering

She undid her ponytail and fixed her hair in front of the mirror. He was sitting against the headboard of their bed in his usual shirtless, black pajama pant sleepwear. She approached their bed and slipped off her clothes from today, replacing them with one of his too big shirts and a pair of shorts.

She crawled onto the bed, sitting cross legged by his side as he cups her face with a single hand and runs it down her neck and over her back.

" do you remember Kai birth ? " she asks him smiling at him just a gentle smile

" of course I do how could I forget " he says

In the delivery room

Tami was squeezing Eric hand as hard as she could her face bright red , sweating hair sticking to her face

She pushed
" I HATE YOU I HATE YOU , YOU BASTARD , YOU DID THIS , YOU JUST HAD TO HAVE SEX THAT NIGHT NINE MONTHS DOWN THE LINE I DONT SEE YOU PUSHING A BABY OUT OF A VERY SMALL HOLE , WE ARE NEVER HAVING SEX AGAIN SCREW YOU " she was screaming at him
" I know you hate me whatever scream whatever you want you just gotta push tami " he says as she was pushing as hard as she could , she has tears running down her cheeks
" nope I can't do this I can't do it , I hate this I hate this "
" I know you hate this , I know it hurts okay but you gotta push this baby is gonna be worth it you just gotta get it out if there it's gonna be worth it then you will have our baby boy in your arms okay just push " he says kissing her forehead
She gave out one more push and the sound of baby cries filled the room
They took the baby away to clean him up

Tami was smiling
" I love you " he whispered in her ear
" I love you too still wanna kill you though " she says
" I know " he says and the nurse brings the baby over wrapped up in a blue blanket and lies it on tami chest she held him close they were both looking down at him
Then tami looked up and Eric looked down at her smiling
" he's perfect " he says and he kisses her passionately then pulls away

" yeah you were screaming all kinds of abuse at me , oh yeah that night you hated me I just had to have sex that night he was conceived and nine months down the line you didn't see me pushing a baby out of a tiny hole we were never having sex again blah blah blah "

" but then he was out and I have only ever seen that kinda smile three times in my whole life time and it was just calm you even let me kiss you " he says smiling at her

" I never meant any of that , I do love you ya know "

" I love you so damn much it's " he stopped her
" it's sexy " he says finishing her sentence
" we'll I can be sometimes "
" oh tami your sexy all the time "
" I can be when I wanna be " she says really seductively she says during going on her knees and crawling over his body towards his face.

" I know " He whispers, closing the space between them

Her hands hold his face as he pulls her hips closer. She is soon straddling him as he deepens their kiss. When her sitting satisfies him his hands rise and slide under her shirt. She shivers as his warm hands roam her stomach. He pulls her top off after a minute and then reaches for her shorts. She obliges and rises, losing her shorts and panties. He laughs at her confidence, pulling her back against the bed and posing himself on top of her leaning down and kissing her passionately

Afterwards

" you think we should be having this much sex at our age " tami says looking up to face him
" my doctor says it's keeping me healthy and young "
" you told the doctor about our sex life "
" we'll she asked what exercise I do because my stamina and health was so good and I just said nothing and then she asked about my sex life "

" and what did you say "
" that me and my wife are very active " she looks at him shocked and slaps his shoulder lightly
" Eric " she says surprised and moany
" what it's true , you still haven't told me what your doctor said after Kai was born "
" maybe I don't want to "
" hey I just told you about my doctor tell me what she said "
" I umm I got my tubes tied remember when I said I was gonna go see Shelley for 2 days we'll I didn't the doctor was tying my tubes and when she asked why I said because I have a very enthusiastic husband and a very active sex life and when she gave me the all clear to have sex she told me to calm down a bit "

" tami why didn't you tell me that you had them tied you really think that would've bothered me , no I wouldn't off I could've been there waiting for you when you came out of surgery , I could've held your hand in recovery I could of done that tami "

" I know I know It was just something I had to do alone I know you would've wanted to be there but I just needed to do that myself okay I love you babe"

" okay okay I get it I love you too we should probably get some sleep "
