Chapter 2
Valen had now been with the Weasley family for about three months. She helped around the house as much as Molly and Arthur would let her, and she played with the boys as much as she could. Bill and Charlie had taken quite a liking to the young Potter witch, treating her as if she was their sister. Today was Valen's trip to Diagon Alley.
The girl looked over at the two gingers that stood in front of her. "How does this work again?" Valen asked, looking at the powder in the pot. Molly and Arthur chuckled. "This is Floo Powder. You need to speak very clearly when in use." Arthur told the girl. Valen smiled up at the ginger man whom she had grown close to in the three months she had been with the Weasley family.
Valen nodded and stepped into the abnormally large fireplace. She grabbed a handful of Floo powder and cleared her throat. "Diagon Alley." She shouted, throwing the powder down. Before she knew it, green flames engulfed her body as she was transported to the busy alley.
The girl gasped as she was thrown out of the fireplace. "It get easier after a while." Molly said, as she came out of the fireplace behind her. Valen smiled nervously at her. "Where are we exactly?" She asked, picking Charlie up from Arthur's arms. The girl would never admit it, but Charlie was her favorite of the two Weasley children.
"Welcome to Diagon Alley." Molly and Arthur said, opening the door to reveal a busy alley with strange stores and strange people. "This is amazing." Valen said, looking at the two adults. Molly and Arthur chuckled. "Yes. That was my first thought when I first came here."Arthur told the young girl."Why don't you start looking around,with the boys while we go get some money from the bank." Molly suggested. Valen smiled and bounced on her toes. "Really?!" She asked, a smile breaking out on her face.
A/N I will be updating next week or as soon as possible so expect a chapter ,at best Friday at worst next Friday. My Grandma is coming out to where I live (I live away from the rest of my family) to my house tomorrow so there will defiantly not be a chapter tomorrow or Thursday.
