Luckily he did not even notice me in class and I also managed to stay invisible for the rest of the day. "Skylar " Mr. Johnson calls my name pulling me back into reality. "Um, I'm sorry could you repeat the question?" I asked politely but get no answer because of the bell that signals the end of school.
I get up from my chair, pack my bag and walk off. I am currently waiting on hope to drop me home. We have a routine, Janelle picks me up and Hope drops me home. "Sky" Hope calls out to my back as I am walking away. "Oh, so now you decide to come"
We walk to her car and get in, I turn to her "I want Wendy's" I whine "then let us get Wendy's, but since it is your idea your treat.
*******TIME SKIP*******
I wave to hope as she reverses out of the driveway. I pull out my keys and open the front door only to see my mom flat on the floor in front of the stair case. I screamed and rushed to her side shaking her but to no avail she was still out. I quickly got up and went to the garage to bring her car out front. I quickly put her on the backseat and drove to the hospital.
It's been about half an hour since I've been in the waiting room. A doctor came out of a room with a clipboard in hand.
" Mira Louis" he called and I stood up walking towards him.
"That's me " I said as I stood in front of him waiting for the worst dreading he would say something like she cracked her skull or most of her bones are either broken cracked or bruised.
" Your mother fell down but she has no severe injuries just minor scratches here and there and a sprained wrist. Therefore she can be taken home now if you would like. I nod and he leaves me to do the paperwork.
Mom walks out with a bandage around her left wrist but a smile on her face none the less.
When I get home I see a bunch of texts from the girls
Hope: I want ice cream who up for it?!!!?
Janelle: I am most definitely I am craving that chocolate goodness
Hope: Skylar are you in?
Hope: hello?
Hope: hello?
Hope: Bitch answer me???
I smile and reply
Skylar: sorry just came from the hospital with mom
Hope: omg what happened?!?!?
Skylar: ill tell u later amma go get ready and meet u there.
I leave my phone on the bed and go take a quick shower. I get dressed in a cute cropped off the shoulder blush coloured top blue ripped jeans my white converse a white hat and a rose gold bracelet. I leave my hair down and apply little makeup.

I grab my keys and head off.
I meet the girls who look taken back by my choice of car but they also look worried but say nothing.
We head inside to a full ice cream parlor. As we join the line I start looking around my eyes getting hooked to the back of someone's head, as the person turns around my eyes widen and theirs narrow. I turn my head away hoping there would not be a scene. As I think I am being ignored I turn around and come face to face with him Mr. Levy Anderson he and his signature smirk looking me up and down.
