Working day in and day out, reviewing information of cadavers of recently, or sometimes not as recently, deceased rushed around to be rather tiresome at times. A bit of a hassle, actually, especially when new cases kept popping around every second though it seems. It just so happened that Natasha Anderson was stuck directly in this loop. Recently, things had grown to be quite chaotic with the androids and though there happened to be a new android around to take care of nearly all kinds of forensic evidence in a crime, things were just growing too rapidly for him to be at every location, and for her to not be used for her work. Having graduated top of her medical class, and majoring herself in biomedical science, Natasha just seemed to have a thing for this job. A forensic pathologist, if you will. So doing these jobs didn't pile a massive amount of stress for her like it would have for most others. She had a nick for these things, and she absolutely loved her job; having her uncle around was a fun little added bonus for her.
Tonight though, she couldn't seem to steer her brain away from her past; question after question roaming through her thoughts, each memory twiddling itself into her current thoughts. Arms lay flat against an autopsy table, the item being cool to the touch which inevitably caused a rush of chills to rush through Natasha, little goosebumps making themselves known for any sights to take notice. Her elbows made a stable position upon the table, arms raising slightly as a single palm took her head in place. She tilted her head to the side, expressing a sigh and a near half smile as she rummaged through the contents of her brain.

Alone was the word that could describe Natasha through a lot of her days. Instead of spending time with other kids around her, she found herself bullied and made to be an outcast; and she couldn't help it, it was how she represented herself and her personality. All from how she was raised. While others were learning their abc's and finding the solution to their multiplication problems, Natasha was reading from her parents medical science books and looking over forensic cases that had been opened to the public to hear about. For a child of only 6, she had quite a vocabulary and a brain that almost seemed to hold the knowledge of a high school student; so it wasn't a surprise when she was moved into a first grade class instead of sitting in kindergarten like she was supposed to.
Upon arriving in her designated class, her attention was immediately turned to a boy sitting alone, book in hand. He wore a loose fitting sweater and jeans, his hair pulled back into a perfectly slicked down ponytail. His eyes seemed to be enlarged by his glasses; the things being a bit to large for his face and the lenses a bit thicker than she was used to seeing. There was something about him that instantly had her drawn in his direction, and once the teacher gave her the all clear on being in the class and introducing her, Natasha slowly and cautiously stepped in to find out who this mysterious child was. Taking a small glance at the front cover of his book, she chuckled to herself.
It didn't take long for the other to notice Natasha standing there, admiring the book in his hand. He raised a single brow, and opened his mouth to speak, but quickly shut it in the case of any sort of conflicts arising.
Soon enough, Natasha noticed he had caught her glimpsing over his book and instantly shot herself back a bit, "Ah! S-Sorry! I just. . . happen to like the book you are reading."
He expressed a scoff, rolling his eyes, "Oh, you don't know anything about this boo--"
"Have you finished it? The things in it are really interesting! I really like the what is the word. . . uh. . . religious themes? Yeah! As a kid who only knows science from home where science is my life, it liked learning about that!"
The boy nearly dropped his book, jaw dropping only a little over her comments, "So you have read this? How did YOU get your hands on this book?" Natasha shrugged her shoulders, "My parents let me read anything I want around the house! It is mostly biomedical science and techn. . .technological things! So I just read anything I want. I am Natasha, by the way!"
