Dreams dig deep in ones thoughts. Our deepest desires and fears are revealed. The thoughts circling Kali's brain were filled with different emotions. Admiration, anger and confusion. One emotion overruled them all, it circulated through her body like current, radiating through her veins. The red hot passion stayed burnt in her consciousness as she drifted to sleep.

Smooth calloused fingers caressed her delicate skin gently. The warmth in the very pit of her stomach spread throughout her body like wildfire. Hot, careful kisses were placed on the flesh of her neck like a butterfly's touch. As the kisses grew heavier, filled with passion, Kali could feel a moan bubbling at the base of her throat. When she felt a strong hand coil around the delicate skin of her neck, she gasped.

Gasping for air, Kali's eyes ripped open in an instant. Her breath caught in her throat when all she could see was the image of the most beautiful man she's ever seen. Light grey eyes brewed a million storms, skin so smooth it looked unreal, the four o'clock shadow that appeared after a day of no shaving. His hair, black thick waves that she oh so wished she could bury her fingers in.

As Kali awoke, she shook herself out of it, the man overtook her being. He made her feel hot and heavy when she least expected it.

Joyce was still out cold when she entered the living room. It was 8 AM so Kali had a feeling Joyce would be out for at least 3 more hours. She wrote her a little note before getting ready and leaving for work.

Kali never heard from Dante after they stopped talking last night. She tried to shrug it off, but her thoughts kept racing.

Kali never wanted to become a waitress but Mr. Dervis always held a dear place in her heart. She remembered going to his little diner when she was a little girl. So when she found out the diner was in need of help, she applied.

Scrubbing tables and serving grumpy costumers was a lot harder than she initially thought, but well worth it.

Her 8 hour shift seemed to pass by in an instant. Kali finished washing the remainder of dishes and then headed home to her tiny apartment.

Months went by and Dante stopped texting Kali, just like she thought he would. No matter how much she reminded herself that she would never see the sexy stranger again, he haunted her dreams every single night.

Joyce took her out partying often. Kali tried to fulfill her desires through other men but she was never satisfied. She only had one real conversation with the silver eyed man, but he took a hold of her heart, drew a knife and carved a space in it.

Joyce managed to drag Kali out for the third time this week. She swore she was still hungover from the other night.

When Joyce managed to drag Kali into the same bar they were at just months before, Kali knew Dante wouldn't leave her mind. As soon as she entered the tiny place, she looked over at the same exact seat she sat in months before. Bittersweet memories rushed back to her in an instant. The man she will never truly get to know, was the only one that managed to make her feel something she never felt before.

Kali ordered her usual Rum & Coke and gulped the drink down in an instant. Regret filled her as she remembered deleting his number when they stopped talking. She felt sick still thinking about him when she knew he probably forgot what she looked like.

Drink after drink and she started to feel numb. Her vision blurred and her body could hardly stand. When she felt herself crash into something solid and rigid, she thought nothing of it. She just let herself crash onto the hard surface.

Dante never thought owning a bar would be much of a challenge. He was always good in business and finance, he had no problem with it. The only hard part was the drunk people. Constantly starting pathetic fights and breaking all of his things.

When he received a call from his bartender, he was expecting that someone broke a vase or some idiots were drunkly fighting over politics. He wasn't surprised to hear that someone passed out drunk on his bar floor, what surprised him was that it was a young girl he supposedly knew passed out. As soon as he heard the last sentence, he drove down to the little tavern.

As soon as he arrived, he immediately went to the back. The feeling in the pit of his stomach told him he needed to be here.

There she was, spread across the tiny red sofa in his office. Her black hair spread in every direction, her full lips formed a pout and her face scrunched up in a cute manner. She was just as beautiful as he remembered. He's never seen someone so captivating.

Deciding that she was out for the night, he decided to take her home and give her a safe place to stay. Scooping up her petite frame, he made his way to his car.

Sorry that this was shitty, it's a filler haha
