"Why would Elsa want to kill you?"
"Who is she even?"
"How do you know her?"
Questions spill from my mouth all the way back home, wearing Killian down.

He collapses on my bed and buries his face in my pillow. "I know her from long ago. I'd rather not discuss it right now." His voice is muffled and I can only just barely make out his words.

I sit on the edge of the bed next to him. I sigh and pull off his beanie, coming my fingers once through his thick dark brown hair.

He groans and rolls over, his eyes squeezed shut. "Is she powerful?" I ask.

He lets a breath out of his nose, his lips pursed into a thin line. "Very." He replies blandly.

I chew on my lip. "More powerful than Zelena was?"

He opens his eyes and looks at me. "Possibly." He answers.

I look into his eyes which stare back into mine. "Well, It looks like we're both on the bad sides of some pretty scary people."

He turns his body to face me. "Are you scared?" He asks me and I can hear the concern in his voice.

I bite my lip and nod once quickly. I look down, away from his captivating stare.

"You don't have to be. You know that if Regina wanted to hurt you, she would have by now."

I hold my head in my hands. "I'm not worried about myself, Killian." I pause. "I'm worried about you."

He knits his eyebrows together. "Why are you worried about me?"

I sigh. "Can't you see? I took her true love from her. Don't you think she's going to try and take mine from me?"

I notice his cheeks flush slightly. "You think I'm your true love?"

I look back at him and he sits up, crossing his legs.

I turn to face him and tuck my knees up against my chest. "Well...sure." I say and a small smile forms at my lips.

Killian grins. "It's about bloody time that you finally admit it, Swan."

I tilt my head. "Admit what?"

He raises his eyebrow at me and bites his lip. "I think you're aware." He lays back down.

I laugh lightly. "You're right." I lay down next to him, looking at the ceiling. "I am aware."

I feel him shift as he turns to face me. I face him too, our noses only inches apart.

His sparkly blue eyes never leave mine as he speaks. "I need you to say it." He tells me.

My heart races, and I stay silent.

His hand lifts to my cheek. "Please. Say it Emma." His eyes search mine.

Emma. He called me Emma. I find the courage to speak somewhere deep inside of me. "Killian." I say. The way his sharp, piercing eyes almost seem to be staring straight into my soul used to scare me, but now it comforts me. "I love you." I say softly. "I love you Killian." I repeat myself, louder and more surely.

He coaxes me towards him with his fingers under my chin and leans forward with his eyes closed. His lips meet mine and sets the spark inside me into an inferno.
