The doctor quickly made his way down the hall with the newborn baby girl in his arms. He was bringing the baby to room 111, to her awaiting parents.

"How is everyone?" The doctor began as he opened the hospital room door and emerged inside.

"Good. But my wife here has a headache- she did just give birth, so I'd expect the nurses would have arrived already-"

"I'm fine Todd." The man's wife interrupted throwing him a cold glare, then turned to the doctor as she softened her expression.

"May I please have my baby?" She asked in a sweet tone and with a smile the doctor made his way to the hospital bed, settling the baby in her arms.

"There you go, miss." The doctor began with a smile.

"You're healthy baby girl." The doctor finished and didn't seem to notice the cold turn of expression on the parents' faces.

"Girl?" Todd began with a huff.

"I was sure it would be a boy!" He exposed and look at his wife.

"Yes, sure enough to make us wait for birth to know the gender!" The woman answered sarcasticly and the doctor watched in silence as the married couple fought.

"Leave us." The woman demanded in a harsh tone.

"Yes, Mr. And Mrs. Goodman.- oh I'll have that medicine delivered while I'm about." The doctor explained with a worried glance at the baby girl before leaving. Mr. Goodman rested his forehead in his hands as he sat in the chair beside his wife's hospital bed.

"I didn't want another girl Todd." The woman dissed with a glare at her husband.

"I know, I know. But there's nothing we can do."
Todd sighed and his wife looked down at the baby.

"I will not raise another girl. We must raise it as if she were a boy." She demanded and Todd looked up at his wife with wide eyes.

"What will we tell her when she's old enough!?" He quizzed only to be shushed by his wife.

"What will we tell HIM When he's old enough is what we decide later. It's too early to think of such things Todd." The woman explained causing a slight nod in agreement from her husband.

"Alright."

Cyrus P. O. V

For the third time this week I was staring hopelessly at Jonah while he played Frisbee with his teammates.

He's just so perfect. I don't understand it.

I watched as he gracefully tossed the Frisbee to the other players and helped others who were struggling.

I've thought of joining the Frisbee team,  but I feel I'd only make a fool of myself. I'm not good at any sports really. I can't even throw a ball two feet in front of me.
