To my reader I am so sorry I kept you guys waiting I  am really really sorry yesterday I had to go to the hospital because I had a panic attack when I was in the middle of my martial arts i felt like I was going to die this is no joke I am serious I thought this was it to my end but I am glad i am okay the doctor told me I have to drink a lot of water i guess I forgot to drink before I  left yesterday I guess I put too much pressure on my self I should have look after my self more then worrying about my family since there a lot of things going in my life I am so sorry again I still recovering but I am okay u guys don't have to worry about me I am fine anyway I hope u guys like this chapter the next one I promise it will be better i hope you guys have a good day please if anybody is in martial arts please drink a lot of water before you guys go so you don't have to suffer the way I did i try to keep up in martial arts i guess I put too much pressure on my self but please take this as an advice I really love you all my reader I truly do love you guys 💟💓💕💖💗thank you all for reading this well I am off i hope you guys have a good day bye
