I sighed and walked to my locker,opening it and putting my bag inside and grabbed my books and homework.

''Betty!''I looked over to see my friends,Kevin,Veronica and Betty.

''Kelsey! CMERE!''Betty called as I shut my locker and walked over.

''dang you look good!''Kevin gasped. As I smiled brightly.

Last year wasn't the best. My parents were fighting a lot and I had to take care of my younger sister because my older step brother was three hours from here. Because of stress and anxiety,I gained weight,and wouldn't leave the house usually.

This year was different though. I was thin and I guess what you can call beautiful. I had on a black crop top and some ripped white jeans and fake glasses.

After talking with my group,I walked into the cafeteria and got a coffee there and sat,yawning as I looked over at this one guy alone,his hair was black and messy,he rested his head on his hand and just stared at the table.

I felt bad slightly and got up,grabbing another coffee and sat beside him and nudged the coffee over.

I looked up as a girl sat,offering me coffee as I smiled weakly and took it.

''I'm Kelsey Calebs.''She stuck out her hand.

''Hayden Black.''I shook her hand.

''Oh. Your the quarterback right?''She asked and took a sip of coffee.

''Yeah.'I nodded.

''HEY SERPENT SLUT!''Reggie yelled at I'm guessing kelsey as she looked over.

''What Reggie?''She sighed as he and his two friends walked over.

''Why are you hanging out with loser here?''Reggie joked and nuzzled my head as I snapped back.

''I can hang out with who i want to,Reggie. Now,go off and moon some cheerleaders.''Kelsey smiled as he rolled his eyes and knocked over her bag and her stuff splattered.

I got up and was about to pick it up but Reggie kicked me and I fell,my face slamming into the ground as I got up as Reggie was laughing.

I was pissed at this. But I guess Hayden was more because he punched Reggie in the stomach,causing Reggie to cough.

''Fuck off.''I heard Hayden whisper to Reggie as the three idiots scrambled. Hayden picked up my stuff and left it by me as he sat back down,wiping the small cut on his cheek.

''You didn't have to do that.''I told him as he shrugged,his arms on the table.

''What's Reggie talking about? Aren't you dating that sweetpea guy?''He added after a minute.

''Yes.''I just nodded.

''I know him. ''Hayden drinked his coffee.

''how?''i seemed actually interested.

''It wouldn't come great for me.''Hayden nodded and threw the coffee away.

''Anyways. I gotta get home. Cya.''He waved and just left.

''Home? We still have a hour of school left--?''I shrugged and walked to History.

''ughhh--''i groaned as I walked out after being in gym.

I walked over to the serpent hangout and put my boring white jacket over my sports bra.

Whistles as I walked in and I rolled my eyes and walked over by Toni,fangs,and sweetpea.

''Hey K!''Toni squeaked and hugged me as I laughed and hugged back.

''Heyyy Kel.''Fangs hugged me and I accepted.

''Hey baby.''Sweetpea kissed my cheek and I smiled.

''AWWWWWWW GET OUTTA HERE.''Jughead walked over as we all laughed.

''Have y'all heard about Katie Bell?''Fangs asked as we sat.

''No. ''Toni shook her head.

''She doped up on the JJ and got herself arrested.''Sweetpea explained as I gasped.

''JJ?''Jughead furrowed his brows.

''JingleJangle,Jug. Drugs.''I told him as he seemed a bit shocked.

''Hey Fp.''Sweetpea waved as Jugs dad walked over.

''Hey SweetPea,Toni,Fangs,Jug,oh! Kelsey?''He gasped.

''Hi Fp.''I smiled as he smiled back.

I haven't talked to Fp in months.

''Anyways,I'm gonna go get a drink. I'll be back.''Fp walked off as we talked.

The doors burst open as we stood and looked over.

At least twenty kids.

''What,Goolies?'Jughead walked over,crossing his arms.

''Y'all seen Black and Ashley?''One asked.

''Black and Ashley?''I tilted my head.

''Hayden and Melissa. Those fuckers beat up my son and his friend.''one growled as I gasped.

''Yes,Ass?''A dark haired girl with pretty curly hair and perfect size lips and body,and she had a few cuts on her.

''You little bitch!''One yelled and tried to attack her as she laughed.

''Anyways,I gotta go find Hayden. We have to go talk to Bella.''Melissa smirked and left as the goolies did too,

''Whatever.''I shrugged and lied on the couch,falling asleep.
