A Dream That Won't Come True

Chapter 12: Alycat's birthday

  (Time skip to Sep. 11 for Alycat's birthday and when Louie will ask her to be his girlfriend) (That the promise ring Louie gave to Alycat.) 

Alycat pov.
Today is my birthday and I am so happy I get to be with Louie and the cubs on my b-day. I wake up to the smell of food and music stared playing and singing, I get up to see the whole team in the room singing happy birthday to be and I see presents on the side by the food. Everyone is done singing they gave me a hug and got out of the room, and Louie handed me my food and said happy birthday Cat. I say thank you Lou. Louie handed me my presents and then we got ready for the day, Today Louie and I are going out on a date before the game starts at 3:15pm. I love hanging out with him but one thing that I am mad about is I don't see a present from Louie, made he has it and is waiting to gave it to me. My phone is going crazy with phone calls and texts from family and friends but I take my time answering them all I just love them all. We get to the place and Louie tell the waiter that it is my birthday so they can sing to me and I get cake or ice cream so they do when we are done eating our food. We go back and get ready for the game and then go to the game and warm up and stated playing.  

Louie pov.
Today is Alycat's birthday, and I got her favorite food well waiting for her to wake up. Me and the team are in her room, and as soon as we see her waking up we play the music and stared signing happy birthday to her. When we where done we all gave her a hug and the team left the room and I gave the food to her. I hand her the presents the team got her but my present is later, she look sad when she did not find a present from me but she will be happy when I gave it to her later on. Alycat and I are going on a date before the game today so we get ready for it and then we leave and go have fun. When we are at the places I tell the waiter it is Alycat's birthday so they sign and got her a cake and ice cream, after your date we go back to the hotel to get ready for the game today. We get to the field and get warm up and stated playing the game. It's the top of the 7th and we are wining 7 to 6 and it is time for me to get ready to ask Alycat to be my girlfriend. We got are last out and I rush to the dugout to get the ring for her, well I was getting that my team mates where getting Alycat to the field to stand on first base where I play at. I get up to Alycat and she ask what is going on, get down on one knee and take her hand and open the box with the ring in it and say Alycat I love you but it is to soon to get married so it would mean the world to me if you would be my girlfriend, so Alycat would you be my girlfriend and the fire works go off. Alycat stated crying but she said yes so I put the ring on her and pick her up and spin her around then I put her down and kiss her on the lips.  Alycat goes back and the game go back on, at the end or the game we win 11 to 9 with us wining with me getting  a grand slam to get 11. After the game we go out to eat for Alycat's birthday and for the win. We go back to the hotel and go to sleep for the night. 

Alycat pov.  
We are in the top of the 7th, we are win 7 to 6 we get are last out and I see Louie rush to the dugout and see the rest of the coming to me they get by me and said to come with them and I do they take me to where Louie plays on the field that is first base and I stand there waiting for someone to say something but I see Louie rush over here with something in his hand, he gets by me and takes my hand and goes on one knee and I am thinking to my self his he asking me to married him it is to soon to get married so I hope not and then I see him open the box and in the box was a ring, then he started talking he said Alycat love you but it is to soon to get married so it would mean the world to me if you would be my girlfriend, so Alycat would you be my girlfriend and then fire works go off. I stated crying but I said yes and he pick me up and spin me around and then put me down and kiss me on the lips so I kiss back. After the game they win 11 to 9 and I am happy we won but look at that they won 11 to 9 on 911 and on my birthday too, this night is the best and Louie got a grand slam to make the game 11 to 9. The game is over and we go out for my birthday and for winning the game, after going out we go back to the hotel and go to sleep for the night.
