There was a Little Nervous Girl of six or seven

that morning there at the convention.

She cried and clung to her mother and father,

with nervousness and tension.

She did not know what to expect.

She did not know what she would hear.

would there be doctors with needles

poking and probing? Her worst fear.

Don't worry, little girl,

this is my first convention, too.

But I found it an enlightening experience.

I know you will too.

Later this same little girl had adjusted

and she wasn't nervous anymore.

I saw her running and skipping with her newly made friends

around the conference room floor.
