Betrayed by my friend

Chapter4 :The trip

My parents dropped me off at the air port and we got on the plane.When we got there we were all separated into groups and tables.On the trip we would text often ,but what i didn't know is that Marcus and her would also text if you know what i meen.The trip was a whole week and on the second day they got together,he told me the day after that they are going out.I was in complete shock.We were coming back to the hotel on the bus and the song came on. She texted me ,"do u wanna build a snowman".I replied "not anymore".She didn't know why. "I know that you and Marcus are a thing"I said.I told her that I liked her since 6th grade. She said " we can still be friends". "friends, FRIENDS, DO U KNOW HOW HARD ITS BEEN TO BE FRIENDS, ITS SO FREEKIN AWKWARD TO SEE YOU HOLDING HANDS WITH MY SO CALLED FRIEND THAT KNEW I LIKED YOU"!!! i said."Sorry I just cant do it anymore, not anymore".monroe made a very cool friend named Kayleigh and we got each others phone numbers and we became pretty close friends after words.we would txt almost everyday and we got to know each other .I avoided Marcus and Monroe for the rest of the trip and the plane back. I was so glad to be home.No more drama and no more Monroe and Marcus. The saddest thing of all is that, they kept it from Bernice the whole trip. She didn't have one clue what was happening."And i can't wait for this school year."I say sarcastically .
