Part 14 | Richie

Richie's POV (the day of the divide)

"Where are you going?" Y/N asked innocently.

Ugh didnt want to see her face!

"Anywhere BUT home!" I yelled out of pure anger.

I got on my bike with Stanley following behind me. I pedaled fast towards home, I know I said
I wasnt going home but I was just going to get my stuff. I stormed into the house expecting to see my parents but instead there was no one there. I sighed in relief, I bolted up the stairs and into my room which was colder than usual... I shook it off and filled my empty old school backpack with clothes, video games and a toothbrush. I sighed and got up flinging it over my shoulder. I faced the wall as cold air washed over me sending a tingling shiver down my spine. I felt a sudden change of emotion.

Fear

I turned around fast only for a white gloved hand to grab my neck. I gagged and tried to release his grip.

The clown, The clown I said I had never seen before stood towering over me.

The last thing I seen was his teeth spread wide open leaning towards me...

Time Skip 🤡 (still in Richie's POV)

I gasped for air, splashing around in grey water in the process. Tears or fear, sadness and eagerness were spilling out of my eyes but no one could see them, because I was soaked from head to toe water dripping everywhere. I bolted it up looking around me. I was in the sewer. I hurt all over! I ran my hand along the wall as I limped my way around the circular room, hoping to find a exit. My breathing picked up realizing that I already made my way around a few times, there was no exit.

Swoosh

I turned around slowly to see the clown rising out of the water. I backed away in fear and gulped.
Richie breathed in and did something he had never thought of doing before.
He limped forward towards the shaking due to the pain and cold.

"Leave us the fuck alone! I'm not afraid of you!" I growled glaring into his eyes... that just seemed so...
Hypnotizing..

He came closer his mouth opening wide, I tried looking away but I couldn't, my eyes seem to be glued to the sight. My vision got blurry and my ears started to ring. I felt a huge pain in my neck and next thing I knew..

It was black
