Thoughts In My Head

Please dont ask if im ok .. I just like the words that I say....

Those words that you said,
     Did you know thats how I feel in my head..
   You might have said it just for play,
    But in my mind is where they'll stay....
     Everyday I wear a smile,
    Hoping for once it will stay awhile...
    Reaching out for help I try,
    I feel like it just ends in a cry...
      Do you know the things in my head,
   Make me not want to get out of bed...
    I get up thinking maybe today ill get dressed,
   Maybe then ill feel like the rest...
     Maybe one day ill like the girl in the mirror,
     Maybe one day I wont look at her and want to shed a tear..
      Everyone says im crazy or it will be okay,
     But they really dont see the struggle to make the smile stay..
    My heart says its not true that no one cares,
    But in my head its my biggest fear!!!!!
