first day and a new friend

  your name was Y/N and you were going to summer camp. you wanted to do ( activity ) and the paper you had in your hand said " ( activity ) camp. and more.. " the and more was in small dainty letters. you didn't notice it untell now. the bus stopped and you stepped off the bus. " hello there! you must be Y/N L/N! my name is David! i am a counselor at our lovely camp! " David said. you smiled. " yep! I'm Y/N nice to meet you David! " you said with a smile. " well let's give you the tour! " David said. he showed you around and you met some of the campers. finally, you walked up to a boy with black hair and a blue hoodie. " hello I'm Y/N " you said. max didn't look interested. you noticed the earbuds he had in his ears. " what are you listening to? " you asked. " what?" he said as he took one ear bud out. " I said my name is Y/N. what are you listening to?" you said again. "I'm maxed. and its Michael in the bathroom. " max said. " oh cool!" you said. he put his earbud back in and continued to listen to music. " so Y/N lets show you to your tent " David said. you nodded and David leads you to a tent.   As you entered the tent you met two other campers. One looked like Hitler just cuter and the other was a girl with long blonde hair with part of her bangs dyed maroon.You decided to start a conversation with the girl. "Hi I'm Y/N L/N !" you said. "What's your name?" you asked. She looked up and stopped whatever she was doing."I'm Ered ." answered Ered shortly but cool. She didn't seem too interested to talk to you right now. Because she immediately continued on whatever she was doing.So you decided to talk to the other camper.But seems like you missed your chance cause he wasn't in the tent anymore. So you decided to look for Max because he's the only other camper you talked to. you walked up to him and smiled. " ya still listening to Michael in the bathroom?" you asked him. he looked at you and nodded. " i have all the songs from be more chill on my mp3 player " you said.( I'm sorry if be more chill is only a song if its not an album or something you can think of a different album or something ) he looked surprised. " really?" he asked. you nodded. " can i listen to it?" he asked. you nodded. " so what was it your name was? Y/N right?" he asked. you nodded. " alright. let's go into the mess hall. its a fucking mess out here. " max said as he pointed to a few people running around. a boy with fluffy brown hair was being chased by a girl with greenish blue hair who was on all fours chasing the guy like a dog barking. you blunk oddly and nodded. max started to walk into the mess hall and you followed him. you had your mp3 player in your hand and your favorite book. you sat at a table with max and handed him your mp3 player. you sat on the seats back to back leaning against each other. max and you both started to talk and learn more about each other. you bonded over music and other things you had in common with each other. " you're a pretty cool person Y/N. at least you aren't so nice that you barf rainbows like David over there " max said pointing over to David who was happily prancing around talking with another counselor who was female. You laughed at that comment about David. Max smiled without you noticing and cursed mentally for that.What the fuck is wrong with me?! thought Max. Upon Y/N still laughing David and the other counselor came over to check up on them. The female counselor glared at Max."Hope you're not causing trouble little shit ?"Max wanted to say something cynical back but you beat him to it. "Oh no he's actually just talking and listing to Michael in the bathroom with me." you answered for Max. " See Gwen, Max just made a new friend! Isn't that nice!" David exclaimed proudly. Gwen groaned but nodded anyway because it seems to her that Max rather enjoyed your company. The two counselors decided to leave you both alone again. As soon as they were gone you sighed in annoyance." Finally! They are fucking gone! Are they always so suspicious of you ?" you asked.Max was a little taken back because you were so nice to them a few moments ago.Seems like you really aren' t all sunshine and rainbows or a complete idiot like the rest of the other campers.  max smirked " damn Y/N for a second there I thought you were gonna be all sunshine and rainbows. you scared me there " he said with a laugh. " Nah. " you said. " what are you reading?" max asked looking over his shoulder meanwhile also being able to look over yours at your book. you were reading Amanda Ashley immortal sins. " isin't that a romance book?" max asked with a raised eyebrow. " what? its interesting. " you said with a playful glare. " I didn't think you were the type to be into those types of books. " max said with a shrug. " I don't usually read this type of stuff. drama isn't usually my thing but I love the plot of this book. that's why its one of my favorites. " you said with a smile as you look at the cover of the book. The greenish blue haired girl and the fluffy brown haired from before came back.But this time the girl didn't chase him anymore. "Hey , who is this Max?" asked the boy "Yeah who are you?" asked the girl as well who pretty close towards you."This is Y/N she is new here. these are my friends Neil and Nikki." said Max annoyed because they both interrupted his peaceful time with you."Nice to meet you too!" Neil nodded and Nikki replied with a 'nice to meet you too'After that little meeting Neil and Nikki parted ways and Max and Y/N were alone again. max sighed once they were gone. " so Y/N what kind of books DO you like to read usually?" max said picking the conversation back up. " usually things like mystery and things like that. also fantasy. its fun to follow along with the stories and piece together different things in mystery books. it's like your figuring out the mystery with the main character ya know?" you asked. " ah. alright. at least you arent like yellow bitch pink bitch and blue bitch. " max said ( the flower scouts ) you groaned. " ew. I can't believe my mom made me go there last summer! every time tabii spoke I wanted to punch her. " you said. " last time we met the flower scouts neil called them cunts " max said laughing. " I never knew he had it in him " max said laughing. " let me guess. he is the nerdy one in the group who makes weird inventions? " you asked. it was pretty obvious he was the nerdy one. " damn how did you know that?" max asked. "I watch a lot of TV and there is always that ONE nerdy guy in the group. one who does crazy shit and one who is the jackass " you said. " how did you know that?! " max said. " what?" you said. " neil is nerdy and loves science. nikki is the one who does crazy shit and you know who the jackass is " max said pointing to himself. you laughed. " TV can teach you many things about the world max " you said laughing. An hour later of talking and interruption from others you looked up to see the sky becoming darker.You didn't realize that you talked that long with Max.But he is good company and adorable af. You would be lying if you weren't interested in him .David and Gwen told all campers that it's time to go to our tents. Y/N groaned and sighed.Max frowned because he couldn't hang out with you anymore.So you stood up and before Max could walk back to his tent you grabbed him and gave him a kiss on the cheek ."G-Good night Max." you said turning away with a blush.Max was stunned and was blushing really hard .Y/N really got him there. max stood there is shock. after two or three minutes he finally shook his head and ran to his tent. nikki and neil looked at him confused. " max? something wrong?" neil asked. " shut the hell up!" max blurted burrieing his face in his pillow. even though he just met you he wanted to hang out with you more. max closed his eyes and fell asleep.
