"TAYLOR!" I screamed, my voice echoing around the little grocery store. "WHERE ARE YOU!"

"I'M AT SOUP!" A familiar voice screeched back.

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE AT SOUP!?" I frustratedly cried.

"I MEAN I'M AT SOUP!" She answered back.

I rolled my eyes and growled back, "YOU MEAN THE SOUP ISLE?!"

"YES!"

"WHY ARE YOU IN THE SOUP ISLE!?" I screamed.

"IM GETTING CLOTHES!"

"WHY IN THE HELL ARE YOU GETTING GETTING CLOTHES IN THE SOUP ISLE!?" The cart I was rolling around stopped with me.

"JESUS YOU DON'T HAVE TO YELL AT ME!"

She skipped around the corner of the alley I was at and giggled. "Ramen!" Her eyes lit up, the newly dyed red bangs hanging lowly in her eyes.

Her red hair bounced around on her shoulders. That color fit well with her complexion. Her dark hair against her light skin. Anyone would be lucky to have her.

I playfully rolled my eyes again and fixed the waist of the white ripped jeans I was wearing. I grabbed a small sliver of my hair and looked at it. "I can't believe you actually convinced me to get my hair cut and colored."

Yes, it was only a little cut off in the back but now dyed pink. Not an overwhelming pink, more like a soft baby pink. Completely contrasting my blue crop top.

She smiled the beautiful smile I always liked. Her eyes disappearing a little when she did.

What? She's my best friend, I love her smile.

She hopped over to the basket and pushed it near the shelves holding the ramen packets. Sliding her hand through to the back she yeeted all the ramen in the basket. And I mean YEETED.

"Taylor!" I groaned, but she just grinned. "We can afford." She started when she walked off, "Eventually."

"Tay!"

She giggled again and bolted away from me, taking the basket with her. I quickly followed behind.

With our overflowing basket and almost empty wallets, we made our way to the car. "You are so expensive." I hissed putting the last bag in the car and getting in myself.

She got in as well. "you know me so well." She laughed while hitting my arm lightly. "At least be glad I'm driving!"

I giggled at her and looked out the window, "Don't spend the rest of our money on gas."

Taylor started the car and whispered, "You just gave me the idea."

"Nope. Nope. Nope. We are going home." I growled lowly. "I provoke you so easily." She smiled. "Drive you dork." I giggled. And with that she stepped on the gas.

(In case you guys are confused. That is my time skip line lol)

I slapped my hands on my knees and bent over, attempting to catch my lost breath. Taylor laughed the same melodic laugh and flopped down on our slightly off white couch. I moaned and sat down next to her.

"We..have been..." I stopped to catch my breath between almost every word, "living here....for a month...and lived...off...nothing...-"

"But ramen." She cut me off, chuckling.

I smiled and lifted my hands to the top of my head, sucking in deep breaths. "Oh by the way, it's your day to make food." She muttered. "Ya mean ramen." I mummered sarcastically. She giggled. And whispered "Yup" whole popping the 'p'
