(Y/n's p.o.v)
I woke up feeling a little dizzy as I was up super late last night, suddenly all the things that happened last night came flooding back. I have to go back to the cave.
I walked into the bathroom and took a quick shower and got dressed, I headed down stairs and saw my parents cooking breakfast.
"Hey mom, hey dad" i sat down on the high seat stools and took a piece of bacon.
"Hey y/n I heard there doing this thing at school for kids your age and it might seem like a good opportunity for you to make some new friends" my mother said sounding excited while it just made my skin crawl. The thought of me interacting with other kids my age was not my idea of fun.
"No I'm good" I said taking another piece of bacon. She looked at me like I was crazy.
"Well then are you ready to listen to what we have to tell you?" She said putting her hands on her hips. I pushed my chair out and grabbed my backpack and said,
"Nah not me" and I walked out the door towards the ocean.
I got to the cave and I looked around to make sure the coast was clear, there was no one in the cave so I slowly made my way around the rocks. I then saw a huge wave come up again and splash me.
"Seriously? Again?" I yelled out, I then saw the same teal eyes pop up from behind the rock again.
I backed up and he came up and out of the pool. His tail soon turned into legs and he came close to me, I was on the verge of crying when he grabbed my face. I kept my eyes closed the entire time.
"Open your eyes" I heard a raspy voice say, I quickly opened my eyes to realize it was the boy monster-thing. I looked into his eyes and he looked into mine.
"You will forget you ever saw me and you will forget about me and never come back to this place" he said, what he said kinda confused me.
"A-and y w-would I d-do that?" I said stuttering bc I was still in shock. He seemed underly surprised. Almost like I didn't say what he wanted me to.
He looked around to see my bracelet that my parents gave me, he took it and examined it. It then burnt him and he yelped and it dropped from his hands. He looked at it and hissed.
"Fuck bronze" he hissed while holding his hand.
"What" I said confused but scared at the same time. He looked at me with compelling eyes.
"Haaaa, your bracelet is bronze and it stung me bc it has the blood of one of my victims on it, it's one of our weaknesses " he said sounding annoyed.
"Our?, Victims?, weaknesses?....what are you?" I said sounding brave. He looked at me dead in the eye.
"You know what I am" I started to get frustrated. I pulled him closer to my face.
"What ARE you?" I said, he grabbed my shoulders and pushed me back, he jumped in the water and came back up. Bubbles started to form in the Water, soon his tail was back I looked at him, he still hasn't answered my question. He was about to leave when he turned around and said,
"I'm a siren" he then disappeared into the blue ocean.
A.....
"Siren?"
