Chapter 1
"Hello, Den sweetie, pwede ka bang umuwi ngayon, your father needs to talk to you" panimula ni mommy after i picked up my phone.
"Uhm, mom, I'm in the middle of a training right now," sabi ko "I'll go home as soon as this is over"
"Sure anak, ingat ka ha, I love you" -mom
"I love you too mom, say hi to mosh and justine for me" i said and I hung up the phone.
"Girls! Tama na yung break, let's go back to business" sigaw ni Dzi, I'm not yet officially a member of the Ateneo Lady Eagles, but isa ako sa mga recruits nila so, ngayong summer they invited me to train with them, wala rin naman akong gagawin this summer kaya pumayag ako, besides, I'm really enjoying their company. They're fun to be with.
"Guys, dinner tayo ha, after nito" sigaw ni Ella.
"Sure, let's talk over some things" -Fille
"Wala tayong game this week, so we have time to relax, yeah!" -Gretchen
"Girls, sorry, can't join you, I have a dinner with my family tonight" sabi ko sa kanila.
"Aww, sayang Den, we want to know you more pa naman" malungkot na sabi ni Marge
"Maybe next time" sabi ko then thumbs up "Training na tayo ulit"
T R A I N I N G
After our training, I went straight to the locker room. Ano kaya yung sasabihin ni Daddy sakin? Mom sounds serious. Maybe it's about the bussiness. Well, as far as I know medyo not in good terms ang company.
"Den, una na kami ha" -Dzi
"Nakakagulat naman to, haha! Bigla bigla nalang sumusulpot." Sabi ko, nakakagulat kasi eh bigla ba naman nagsalita. "Sure, enjoy kayo!"
"Uhm, Den can you do me..... I mean us, a favor?" -Dzi
"Sure? Ano yun?" tanong ko, medyo nakakapagtaka.
"Wait, nakakahiya, haha, tatawagin ko lang si Ella" sabi ni Dzi tapos umalis.
Pagbalik niya kasama niya si Ella.
"Dencio!" sigaw ni Ella. Haha. The way she calls me, nakakatawa and cute at the same time kahit baduy yung name. "Sa restau niyo kami kakain ha? Okay lang ba, para free. Please!"
"Oh, yun lang pala, haha. Sure, just say that you know me. hihi"
Ella run towards me, in my surprise, she hugged me. "Thank you, Dencio! You're an Angel sent from heaven"
"Haha. Wag mo na kong bolahin Ells, eat all you can guys, ingat kayo love you!"
"We love you too den haha" sigaw ni Jia
"Bye girls, gotta go" -sabi ko baka mahuli ako sa dinner.
"We'll give you a ride" -Aerieal
"Thanks but no thanks, can't leave my car here guys. hihi"
"Oh, okay, see you tomorrow dennise" -Mich. She's so formal, it's a bit awkward, I told her i prefer Den but she always call me "Dennise".
"Ang formal mo mich"
"Well, haha, go na girl, it's already 6:30" -Mich
I went to Matteo Steps. My car's near there, it's in between Gonzaga Hall and Matteo Field.
While driving home my phone beep.
Mom:
Den, be here before 7:00 okay?
