"I-Is he going to be okay? He's going to be okay right? Right!?" Jungkook asked in a rushed tone while walking besides the doctor who had just walked out of Taehyungs' personal room.

The doctor stopped at the front desk as he turned to meet Jungkooks' puffy, red eyes. "Mr. Jeon, Taehyung has some horrible injuries, it will probably take months for him to heal properly... he will undergo surgery."

Jungkook let out a distressed sigh, his heart felt like it stopped beating, turning back around to meet with Namjoon's and Seokjin's eyes, who were crying messes. Taehyung was very close to Seokjin.

Back in high school when they first started talking to each other, they clicked together and ever since then, they were always seen together walking the halls. "Is he g-going to be, be okay Jungkook?" Seokjin said running up to the younger.

Namjoon looked into the younger males' face, he looked as if he just saw a ghost. He looked pale and dead, Namjoon walked over to his boyfriend and best friend, putting his hand on the eldest's shoulder, pulling him back slightly.

"Jinnie, why don't you go get us some coffee? You seem like you need it, babe." Seokjin turned back to see his boyfriends face, then turning to Jungkook who had a soft, small smile on his face, nodding his head.

"Okay... but, please let me know when we can see Taehyung." Seokjin says while rubbing his eyes from sleepiness. "Baby, don't rub your eyes hard, you'll make them sore," Namjoon said scolding the older male who only nodded and walked away to get the coffee. Jungkook walked over to the seating area where he put his head in his hands.

Namjoon watched his best friend as he sighed in his hands, almost as if he was trying to fix everything in that very moment but he couldn't. Jungkook had no idea what to do anymore.

The boy who he swore to protect was lying in a hospital bed with injuries that could've killed him. Namjoon sat next to the younger male, rubbing Jungkooks' back up and down trying to sooth the raven-haired male.

Jungkook brought his head out of his hands, looking at the white, tile, having a strong stare on the floor, he felt something wet coming out of his eyes. Looking down at his black jeans, he saw tiny water droplets on them.

Jungkook quickly turned to Namjoon who was currently still rubbing the Mafia leaders back. Both males made eye contact Jungkook shook his head while looking at Namjoon, he was in denial.

"It's okay Jungkook... let it all out, bro." Namjoon said bringing the younger into a tight hug. Jungkook didn't hug back, he couldn't. He had his arms at the side of his body, his eyes glued to Taehyungs' hospital room, though he finally closed his tear-filled eyes.

Squeezing them tightly as he sobbed into the older male's green windbreaker. "W-Why is it always him Namjoon?" Jungkook asked as he wrapped his arms around the purple-haired male.

"I know Jungkook..." "He doesn't deserve this... he's such a great person, why – why does this happen to him!?" Jungkook tightened his hold on the older male, suddenly letting go when the doctor comes back out of his boyfriend's room.

"Mr. Jeon, can I speak with you?" Jungkook got up from his spot, wiping away the tear stains that were left on his face. The doctor sighed, putting his notes down and pen away on the desk in front of him.

"Taehyung is awake and is – " Jungkook tried to make a run for it into the older males room but was stopped again. "But you need to be careful, he's sensitive to loud noises right now, so i advise you to be careful.

His voice is very hoarse right now also, so please be careful." Jungkook nodded, Seokjin had just gotten back with the coffee and was handing it out to the two males. "Jin hyung, they're letting us see Taehyung... but we have to be quiet, he's sensitive..." Jungkook said looking at his friends who just nodded.

They all walked together silently, none of them really said anything since they were so nervous about seeing Taehyung. Jungkook put his hand on the knob, slightly turning it and opening the door wide open and the sight in front of him broke him in so many ways.

Taehyung was lying there, watching television his right hand in a blue harness since it was broken. His face bruised with an eye patch over his left eye. His nose was broken, making him have a gauze over it.

His lip was busted open with bruises all over his body. But yet, Taehyung still had a smile on his face as he watched Fairly Odd Parents, laughing at Cosmo who was currently granting Timmy a wish.

Taehyung turned his head to the three males who were standing by the door watching him. "Kookie! And Hyungs'! You're here!" Taehyung yelled making the friends wince, I thought we weren't allowed to be loud, and I thought his voice was hoarse?

"Hi, Taehyungie..." Seokjin said trying not to cry at the sight of his friend who looked as if he didn't have a care in the world. "What's wrong hyung? Are you okay?" Taehyung asked Seokjin couldn't take it anymore, he ran out of the room with Namjoon running after him.

"Kookie, what's wrong with our Hyung's?" the blonde asked confused looking at his boyfriend, eyes filled with worry. "Taehyung, you're – you're" "Hurt? I know Kookie... but being sad isn't going to get me through this.

I need to be with you and our friends so that I can heal as well, being happy is something I love being." Taehyung said flashing the younger male a boxy smile giving him a thumbs up with his left hand.

Jungkook smiled, walking up to his boyfriend and sitting in the chair next to him, placing a kiss on his forehead and then turning back to the television. "When do you think they'll let me go home?" Taehyung asked eyes still glued to the cartoon playing on the screen.

"I got you the best doctors money can buy... hopefully, it's soon but I want you to heal properly baby, okay?" "But – But I want to go home Jungkookie..." Taehyung said pouting, looking over at Jungkook.

"I know baby, I just want to make sure that there isn't anything else wrong honey. I want you to be healthy my love." Jungkook said a smile on his face when Taehyung nods his head and also smiles.

"Okay, Kookie! I trust you!" the blonde said. "But where is Jinnie and Namjoonie hyung?" "They went to get some air babe, let's just watch television until the doctor comes back, okay?" "I love you Kookie..." "I love you Tae bear."

So like... I decided on making a Prequel to this book, and there will be a sequel... I just don't know which one I want to publish first once I finish this book lolol
