Background: Joshua forgets you two's anniversary, and tries to make it up to you.

I sat at home waiting for at least a call or text. It was currently 10:30pm, and I've yet to hear from him. It's not like he was busy, or had important business to take care of. He told me that today would be an off day. He said it yesterday, as if today held no meaning. Maybe he forgot? I hope not, but not hearing from him all day? Maybe he didn't forget. Maybe—It's all in my head. I need to just sleep. I woke up the next morning, and quickly checked my phone. My heart dropped a bit. "Nothing...", I sighed under my breath. My head snappd to my door, as it started to open. "Goodmorning darling," Joshua whispered as he came in with his hands behind his back. I was excited to see him, but I started to frown. He noticed the look on my face. "Before–before you say anything, I am really sorry. I went out with some of the members and lost track of time. But," he continued, pulling the present from behind his back, "I've been planning this present for almost a week now." I took the present from his hand slowly. I opened the box, and found a USB drive, along with a letter. He grabbed my laptop, and plugged in the USB. The screen went black, then a picture of us popped up. I watched as he took the letter from the box, and began to read.

"On the screen, you will see the first picture we ever took. This was from our first date. I never thought you would even go on another date with me because of how our first date went," he laughed. I thought about it and couldn't contain my smile. He continued reading. "I—I just can't explain how happy I've been, knowing that you have always been by my side. Whenever I get lonely, or feel like I need someone to talk to, I know that I can come to you, and I want you to know that you can come to me as well. Most people say you'll never know if love will truly last, but when I'm with you, those thoughts just never cross my mind. I hope that we will be together for as long as possible. Thank you for being next to me all this time. I love you, and I want you to know that nothing will ever change that." He looked up from the paper. His face was a tinted red. I didn't say anything, but got up from my bed, and brought him into a hug. I gave him a small kiss, and pulled away from him slowly. "Don't forget our anniversary again, and I love you too."

A/N: I might do one last round of requests before I end this book.
