I groaned as I rolled over and glanced at the clock 03:31 am I sighed. I've been tossing and turning since 09:19 pm. Jonah has been on my mind all day and I can't stop thinking about him. The way his lips move when he is singing... the list could go on forever. As I was in thought, I heard the floorboard outside my bedroom creak. Maybe it was one of the boys going downstairs but it was too early; I got out of bed and made my way to the door. I noticed the light was on and I slowly opened my door squinting my eyes. I rubbed them and opened them, I looked around until they had gotten used to the light. I looked around, all the boys were asleep except Jonah. I made my way downstairs trying not to make any noise. Unfortunately, my foot landed on one of the creaky floorboards. I then heard an unsteady voice come from the living room.
"H-Hello?" It was Jonah. I made my way into the living room,
"Hi, Jonah." I rubbed my eyes not caring about the bags forming under them.
"Daniel, what are you doing up at this hour?"
"Could be asking you the same thing." I stumbled over towards Jonah and I got on the couch and sat next to him.
"J-Just reading stuff." Jonah turned his phone off properly, making me pout.
"Can you tell me?"
"On one condition, don't be like eww disgusting."
"I won't be I promise."
"Well um Daniel I know that this is sudden but I like you, I've had a crush on you since the band formed together." I felt myself smiling.
"Jonah if you're trying to tell me you love me, I love you too." I grabbed Jonah's face and kissed him, we parted when we needed to breathe then we heard a clap from the stairs. It was Corbyn.
"Finally now you'll both be able to sleep." We chuckled as Corbyn made his way back up to his room and Jonah looked me in the eyes.
"Do you have a name?" I looked at him confused," or can I call you mine."
"Of course." I was crying tears of happiness.
