Chapter 6

Taemin arrived at the school, early and waited by the gate, but Minho never showed up. Taemin frowned. He looked at his hands and went to class. Key came in late. He had worked late the night before and accidentally over slept.

Taemin was quiet during class. He went over to Key during individual time. "He didn't come today..."

"He must not be feeling well." Key said.

"Or he's upset....I yelled at him that I would never forgive him...what if he hates me now?" Taemin asked.

"I'm sure he doesn't."

Taemin sighed. "Maybe I should visit him...but I don't know where he lives..."

"I'm sure his parents haven't moved."

Taemin nodded. "Maybe....I'll go visit him after school."

Key nodded. 

Taemin looked at him. "How was your date with Mr. Kim?" He smirked, teasing Key about the tutoring.

"He took us out to eat." Key said. "And he bought us strawberry cake!"

"Sounds like a date." Taemin smirked. "Did you kiss him?"

Key blushed. "No!"

Taemin giggled.

"Okay kids, we are going to do a project with a partner." Jonghyun said. He put everyone into groups of two. Minho and Taemin were partners, but Key was left out. Jonghyun frowned. "Oh...I'm sorry, Key. There's not enough students for you to have a partner." He thought for a bit. "Why don't you be my partner? That way, I can help you if you get stuck."

"Okay!" Key smiled.

Jonghyun smiled back. "Good,"

Taemin raised his hand. "Mr. Kim, may I go visit Minho since he's not here?"

"You're asking to leave school?" Jonghyun asked.

Taemin nodded. "I don't have his number. I'll come back."

Jonghyun sighed. "Okay, go."

Taemin smiled. "Thank you!" He got up, packed his stuff and ran out. He checked himself out and headed to Minho's.

He was nervous as he knocked on the door.

Minho's mother answered. "Taemin?"

"I-is Minho here?" Taemin asked.

"He's resting right now. He's having a bad day." She said.

"Can I see him, please?" Taemin asked.

Mrs. Choi nodded and led him to Minho's bedroom. Minho was lying in bed. He had just woken up.

Taemin went up to him. "Minho? I'm sorry..."

Minho shook his head. "You have nothing to be sorry for."

"No, I do...I've been very mean to you. I do forgive you." Taemin said.

"Really?"

Taemin nodded. "C-can we start over? I...I talked to Key about what I should do....I...I still like you..."

"Are you sure?" Minho asked.

Taemin nodded. "I still love you. I never stopped loving you. I only said I didn't, because I was scared. What if you get better? Will you leave again?"

"I love you too." Minho smiled and tried to sit up. "I will never do that to you, again."

Taemin smiled and went to him. He hugged him gently. "I missed you so much."
