Okay Guys this is my first book and attempt at writing so here goes!

Strong Luna | Chapter One.

Danielle

" The Wolf Games is today, aren't you excited. "

My friend Nichole says excitedly.

" If you call being chased by hormonal males exciting then NO. "

I say shaking my head. There is nothing fun about the Wolf Games. I didn't like the idea of being chased and captured like some prize.

" Dani what's up your mood sucks today. "

Nichole says rolling her eyes.

" Like I care Nichole. "

I say rolling my eyes too. She's not the only one who could roll her eyes.

" You're no fun when you're in this mood. "

She says sticking out her tongue at me, making me laugh.

" You're crazy. "

I say laughing.

" And you love me for it. "

She says laughing too. I nod and we both laughed together. Then she stopped.

" Dani this game is different this year. "

She says.

" How so? "

I asked clueless to what she could be talking about.

" The Alpha King is joining the games this year, so is his beta. "

" Shit! "

I swear. I can't be in the games this year. But I know my parents won't let that happen, if I am in the games I would just have to avoid being captured by any wolf. All including the Alpha King. Having myself captured is the last thing I want.

It's five minutes till the game starts. She wolves get a five minute start before the wolves start to chase us. She wolves were running in all directions all but me, because I had a fail proof plan. A plan that had to work. I planned on hiding in a tree till the game's was over.I rubbed my fur in a wolf's bane patch and then I climbed a tree and lay low. My plan was working until I was knocked out of the tree by a huge black wolf.

He pinned me to the ground and then his voice filled my head through mind link.

Shift.

I tried fighting his command. I even tried biting his paws but he didn't budge.

Shift My Tigress.

He says again, this time I obeyed and shifted. He was just too strong. He is the first wolf in history to get the drop on me. I'm one of the best she wolf fighters in my pack and for him to get the drop on me is something.

I was captured. Plain and simple. How the hell did this happen? It made me wonder if Nichole got captured and by who? When I got back to the clearing Nichole was there and she was already loved up on her mate. While I found my mate to be one of pure dominance. He is clearly an Alpha.

He didn't say a word so I did the same. He walked straight to Nicole's mate so I followed suit.

" Daniel. "

He says and nods his head.

" Alpha King. "

Daniel returned.

" Alpha King? As in the Alpha King? "

Nichole says, looking at me with a huge smile on his face.

" Shut up Cole! "

I say glaring at her.

" You two know each other? "

My mate asked and I nod afraid to speak to him directly.
