In late 1889 there new was a country formed named Nevistan in South East Asia which was a democratic nation and got a republic identity after the World War 1. In 1935 A.D a terrorist group named Vector attacked the country and infiltrated the country and started to attack other south Asian nations from there. Then present president of that nation fled to Nepal for seeking asylum and to be safe from Vector but the prime minister of Nepal didn't give him the permission. Then the president Sawn Boult with his family went back to Nevistan after 3 years Nepalese and East India Company joined alliances and fought with Vector.
Then Vector's Major General Steven Stewart captured the president and his family and assassinated the president and the other citizens of the Nevistan. But president's wife had escaped from Nevistan and got asylum in India for 5 months and then her son was born there. After that, she fled to Australia and stayed there with her son until the war World War 2 was ended. At 1946 she kept her son's name Carter Boult and got him the citizenship of Australia and a few years later the nation Nevistan was changed to Bangladesh. But the Vector's General was still alive and his army was in Iraq trying to kill the president of Iraq. Carter's Mother Bella was a trained military officer at UN Counter-Terrorism Group and she was assigned in a mission to Iraq to immobilize the Vector's plan. She left carter at hostel so that he won't be alone and she can come back and take him home back. But it wasn't true she was killed in the mission and carter was told that she has stayed there for earning money.
In 1961 Carter joined the Australian Police Department and then his real life gets started from there.
