Carter Boult was enrolled in the Australian police department in 1961 A.D as the detective for the opus area of Australia to control the robbery and murder case of that area the general of Australian police had specially appointed for the case. Carter had spent his childhood alone and had a very bad ego towards the criminals and the terrorist groups present in the world. His main target is to find the general of Vector and kill him and retrieve his nation's reputation.
Carter was assigned in the 5 man team in which Carter was the lowest ranked officer among the 5 man. The head of the team was Sam Stewart the nephew of the general of vector. Carter knew that Steven Stewart would send his agents to every police department of the world. The Australian police department had got an intelligence message that Steven Stewart is going to have a secret meeting in the opus city on Sunday. Sam told the intelligence message to his uncle before anyone would come and arrest him. Sam had planned to take all 4 members and kill them at the mission and make it look that Steven's men had killed them. On the day of mission Carter went to the headquarters and had taken out bullets from Sam's gun and went back to his home. At 11:30 AM Steven's deal was finally going to happen and the 5 man team was send to the place where the deal was happening. When Steven had completed the deal the Sam was send a message in his tapper. When Sam tried to kill his team members then Carter handcuffed him and trapped him in an old basement. When Stewart was waiting for his nephew to show then Sam's dead body fell from the top of the building where the deal was done, After that Steven took his gun out and started running towards his car then a bullet is shot and the gun felled off from Steven's hand and then he runs faster toward his car and then another bullet is shot and it hit to the legs of Steven. Carter shows off and reminds Steven of Assaination of his father and mother, then he pull the trigger of his gun and kills Steven at the road.
Then Carter was dismissed from the post of a detective in the Australian Police Department for murdering his colleague Sam Stewart on basis of nothing.
Carter then was kept in the prison for 1 year and was released from the jail after the date was over. Then Carter went to Bangladesh and started searching if any Nevistan's Residence are still alive and are in search of their identity. He found out that 400,000 of the Bangladeshi's were Nevistanis. He then collected funds and raised 2 billion dollars for the benefit of Nevistanis. Carter bought a land of 30000 square miles and he made a country for the people of Nevistan and it was recognized by 12 countries. Carter became the president of the country and started ruling the country like his father. He became the president of Nevistan for 3 years and resigned from his post so that other citizens can get chance to rule the country. After that first democratic election was help in the Nevistan and National Socialist Party of Nevistan won 130 seats in the parliament. After that Carter was enrolled in the UN Drug and Crime Control Department. Then Carter was kept as the senior ranked officer in the department of Drug and Crime Control.
