I wake up with puffy eyes, i look on my phone and everyone was tweeting me

2k likes 3k comments 5k retweets
I start freaking out then Sam runs in with his phone on a news program
News Reporter: Y/N has been in a serious car accident caught on camera, she is currently in Hospital in critical condition and is in a life threatening situation.
"OMG" I scream as i run into the bathroom get changed and go towards the hospital and arrive
Reception: Hi how can i help?
Colby: Uh im looking for Y/N
Reception: sorry only family members aloud
Colby: Im her fiance
Reception: sorry there was no ring on her finger anyway you can prove you are him.
Colby: my friend made me think she cheated on me when she didnt and i went off at her and she thinks we broke up and I NEED TO SEE HER
Reception: We cant let you in at the moment she is still in a life threatening situation.
Colby: Just tell me she will be fine
Reception: She will
Colby: thank god, please text this number when she wakes up.
I give the girl my number and walk out im happy shes ok but im angry at Corey for making me believe that Y/N would cheat.
I arrive home and grab food and take a nap, i wake up to the sound of my phone going off
Hospital: Y/N is awake, her memory is fine. You can come down to the hospital now.
I grab my keys and drive to the hospital.
I walk into her room and she sees me and closes her eyes "Bab---" I say before she cuts me off "Please dont babe me, you broke up with me remember" She says trying to not look at me "Y/N, Corey pranked us, he told me you were cheating and me being stupid i believed it, your my everything, please Babe" I say as i start tearing up, she doesnt respond, i walk out of the room and go to my car and start crying "Fuck sake" I scream and bang on the steering wheel till someone taps on my window. I wind the window down and see a doctor "Are you Colby?" The doctor says "Uh yea why?" "Im Y/N's doctor you were her last visitor she is asking for you and is in tears im pretty sure" I open my door and slowly follow him to her room again "Y/N, You have a visitor" He says as he leads me in "Im sorry, Corey shouldnt have done that, I love you Colby Brock" Y/N says as she kisses me "Sam gave me the ring before i left do you wan-" "Give it here" She says laughing as i give her the ring back.
~2 weeks later~
Y/N had been home for 2 days now and she smashed her phone so i decided to buy her a iPhone X as a gift.
I walk in the room and throw her my iPhone X cover with Now Or Never on It "What is this for?" She says all confused "This" I say as i place the iPhone down next to her "Sim Card and everything" I say as she puts the cover on the bedside table and hugged me "Thanks baby" She says as she wraps her arms around my neck
