Real Life

"hey babe," Zion called out to you.
You walked over to him and answered "yeah?"
"What's up with that Snapchat?" He asked pulling out his phone and revealing you sending a heart emoji to Aubrey in the group chat.
"Z, we've been best friends since I was 5. I love him like a brother ," you said to him knowing how protective and jealous he can get...and it was the truth. "You know I love you bebe."
He stared at you for a second thinking.
"Okay, but just don't be too lovey around him,"
"I won't, you are the only one I love okay," you say kissing him. " If you think I love aubrey more than you , that's a li-"
"Heeeyyyyyyyyy guys!!!!" Aubrey says walking into the house.
You turn around and run over to him and give him the biggest hug.
Zion stares at you guys and gives a slightly dirty look, but that changes to a smile once Aubrey walks over to him.
"Dude, I missed yall!" Aubrey exclaims.
"I missed you so much!! I haven't seen you in so long!" You say.
You can feel the tension in Zion's arms as he talks so you caress him letting him know that you love him. It calms him down a bit .
"Ok is everyone here?" Jack G asks from the couch as he observes everyone.
"I'm ready for truth or dare!!" Gabbie says rubbing her hands together in excitement sitting in the edge of the couch next to Christina.
We all gather in the living room.
"Can I go first!!?" Nick asks looking like he already know who and what he wants to do.
"Sure!" We all say.
"Aubrey," nick asks. "Truth or Dare?"
"Ooh. Um. I'ma start off easy... truth," he answers rubbing his hands together.
" When u told me you like one of the girls who will be attending this little party, was it true?" He asks.
"Yes," Aubrey answers.
Everyone smirks at his answer and looks around the room at who it could possibly be.
"Alright..." Aubrey looks around the room to see who to ask. "Ah, y/n.. Truth or Dare?"
"Truth" you answer.
"Is it true that you love Zion more than me?" He asks with puppy dog eyes.
"Well, is a different kind of love. I love you like a brother, I love him like I want to marry him one day."
Zion smiles at your response. He looks at you and you look at him back.
"Okay, if u say so." Aubreys remark takes Zion aback.
"It's okay," I mouth to Zion.
"What the fuck?!" He mouths back.
I roll my eyes and then lay my head on his shoulder.
The game continues and it's soon Zions turn to be truth or dared.
"Dare," he answers riskfully.
"I dare you to get slapped by another person in this room."
"Okay," Zion says like it's nothing. "Y/n can slap me."
He says that without hesitation.
"You sure?" You ask before u slap him.
"Yeah."
Softly but fast you slap Zion on the cheek and it leaves his face a little red, but nothing much.
"Okay this is boring...we need this to get more juicy. How about we play some spin the bottle with WAAAYYY more dramatic questions?" Charlotte asks getting tired of boring truth or dares.
"Alright, I'll grab an empty beer bottle," jack G says while getting up and grabbing one from the counter in the kitchen.
He sits down in the little circle we created on the floor in the living room.
"Who's spinning first?" Edwin asks.
"I will," jack j says taking the bottle from Jack g.
The bottle spins and everyones eye is directed at it.
After a couple seconds, the bottle slowly stops in your direction.
"Okay, y/n, What do most of your friends think about you that is totally untrue?"
I roll my eyes at the question, knowing my answer involves Zion and aubrey.
I scratch my head not knowing what to say. I don't want to say the truth.
"Well, some people think that I suck at fortnite, which totally isn't true!!!!!!" I say, happy that I thought of something good enough.
"Haha! Yeah, Austin would know," Zion says remembering when Austin thought he could beat me.
"Okay! Okay! I learned my lesson!" He says laughing but annoyed.
"My turn to spin," you say.
You grab the bottle and spin it as hard as you can.
Seconds pass and the head of the bottle faces

You mouth, 'it cant be me'.
He mouths, 'it most likely could be'.
You slightly roll your eyes and lay your head on his shoulder.
"Ok, I guess it's my turn now." Aubrey says looking at everyone deciding which he was going to ask truth or dare to.
Aubrey looks into your eyes and ask, "truth or dare?"
Zion hopes you say truth.
"Dare," you say.
Zions heart beats as he waits for Aubrey to date her.
"I dare you to makeout with the 5th person to your left,"
You gasp. Zion gets mad.
You and Zion look at each other.
Zion looks at Aubrey but Aubrey is looking at you.
"Just do it quickly." Zion says quietly and very mad.
You start to count and see who the fifth person is.
"Aubrey..." You say quietly.
You walk over to him. You sit a couple inches  away from him. You look at Zion for a long minute. He is mad...very mad. Not at you, but at Aubrey. Aubrey moves your head so it's facing him. He comes closer and he kisses you .
The kiss lasted for at least 5 seconds.
The room is silent and in awe. They sympathize you and Zion. You slowly walk back over to Zion and a tear falls from your eye.
You can't look at Zion right now. His face in awe of what just happened.
You excuse yourself to go to the bathroom, not to use it, but to think everything that just happened through.
Zion left to go to his bedroom, for the same reason.
Maybe Zion was right. Aubrey likes me.
