Chapter 4 I'll never let you go

Wolf's pov

It was around 4 am when the  door opened with a small click. It was dark , but I could see her moving  towards the mattress through slotted eyes."Wolf, Wolf get up." She said voice drained of energy. I finally opened my eyes and looked at two faces.

Violet and a small girl with green eyes that looked a lot like mines.

I sat up. The girl clutch the small rag doll that looks older than she was." Scoot over, we're going to have some company." She said. I didn't budge still stuck in shock. I saw her tip her head towards the door. I got up and walked out the door. She was out the door joining me and seconds.

" Wolf, I totally understand if you don't want to do this with me, but... That girl needs a home." Violet said." Violet, you're a wanted criminal, what home can you give her?" I said she didn't say anything. There was an awkward silence, that seem to us eons before the silence is broken again.

"Wolf,  when I left the room to get some air, I went to the roof. There I saw her being chased by a grown man. If I hadn't got down to that alley like I did... He would have raped her... He was also armed... So he probably would have killed her. When I came down to earth... Me and Vixen had no one. We were left to fend for ourselves. Just to keep Vixen warm I took off my own shirt so she can stay warm... when I look into that little girls eyes and saw myself..."

I now felt like a huge jerk." Damn, I'm sorry I didn't mean- I'll do it. But if-" like she did when first met me- she grabbed the front part of my shirt and kiss me... I wrapped her in my arms as she caught her fingers into my hair smashing my lips against hers. Her mouth open slightly and I took that as an invitation. I pulled her so close to me every part of our bodies was touching." Ew you're kissing" two young girls at people from the door. I felt my face go light pink. Violet just smiled down at the girl." Is that your boyfriend violet?" The girl said the door now all the way open I knew my face is Scarlet." For someone so young you sure do know a lot of stuff. Ash. Go lay down. We'll be in there in a second." Violet said."But-" "Go." Violet said. Violet looked at me. "Come on, I'm pretty sure it's been days and she actually slept on a mattress, or actually got a good night's sleep." I said grabbing her hand taking her inside the room.

"Thank you , Wolf." Violet said, looking up at me. "No, THANK YOU " I whispered Softly As I press my lips against hers."Eww... you're kissing AGAIN!" Ash groaned. I grinned at her.

Vixens pov

" Kyle, Kyle, Kyle!" I said, leaning over the bed waving to empty pizza box."Huh? Wa-" he said opening up his eyes." Did you eat all the pizza?" I asked hand on my hip. "Uh..." Kyle said. "Hm-mph!" That's what I thought. Now what are we going to eat?" I said.

" we could order more food," Kyle said getting up." Perhaps more pizza? Maybe different kinds?" " how about... Actual breakfast." I said, dropping the box of pizza on the floor. " is it all food the same?" Kyle said, wrapping his arms around my waist." I'm trying to move, but you're not letting me. And no not all food is the same." I said.

" Escape."

"What?" I said. 

"Escape,  do what you did when I first-" Kyle said it was cut off short by the quit twisting my body, I use the speed and knock him down on the ground, knees cradling his hips, putting him down with both his arms on the side of his head. He looked stunned." What was that you were saying?" I taunted. He smiled. I heart flip at the side of his canines. I nuzzled my nose with his." Mm...so that's a yes to pizza?" Kyle whispered. I peeked my eyes open. "No." I said releasing his hands to stand but his hands caught my hips. I look down in those pleadings eyes I sigh in defeat. "FINE, do not touch my fries." I said. Kyle kissed me softly on the lips.
