"Help!" Screaming in panic Pandora shot up from her bed, beads of sweat clung to her body and her head felt fuzzy. Her heart was pounding like a drum inside her chest and her hands desperately clung to her bed sheets. She sat there breathing deeply, inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale and there her breathing was back to normal. She pressed her hand to her head feeling the effects of that dream... No... Nightmare- but can a nightmare feel so real? She pondered as she began to calm herself.

Suddenly coming through the door quickly she saw Julie or Dr Kingsman as it said on the staff badge hanging from her neck. "What's wrong Pandora?" She asked in a frantic tone trying to make sense of the wailing scream that escaped Pandora's lips.

"Just a bad dream," Pandora simply stated wanting to not think about the creation which formed within her sleep anymore than necessary. Pandora had always been practical like this. Even in the box, she never spoke more than what she wanted- Mainly because she would receive no reply or acknowledgement. However there were times when Pandora's mind would become clouded and all rational ideas would hide in the depths of her brain, never to be seen within these moments and until now Pandora never understood why these gory horrific moments became so hard to retaliate against. Now she knows. It's literally built within her DNA to have these animalistic wants.

Julie stood holding her chest seeming to calm herself at Pandora's response "That's... Good," Julie breathed in response. "Well seen as you're up we'll get you some breakfast and then it's our first day of testing," she smiled attempting to have a reassuring affect on Pandora. It worked. Pandora's shoulders relaxed as a weight seemed to lift from her shoulders.

Julie saw that her work of comfort and delivering the schedule of today was complete. She began to turn to leave when she heard a soft spoken whisper that pulled at her heart strings. "Thank you Julie," Pandora's light response to Julie's departure was a touching moment for never was the Seeker race seen to be so humane and biologically kind. It was always expected for Pandora to be different- she is the first of there kind. Finally smiling to herself Julie stepped out of Pandora's room leaving her to dress for the day ahead. Opening the wardrobe Pandora picked out a mid-thigh silk blue dress, matching her shining blue eyes and finally to take her long mane of hair she pinned it loosely into a bun.

Leaving the room she walked down the hallway retracing her footsteps from Cullen's room until she stood outside his office doors once again. Pushing the doors she entered the office being able to take in details she hadn't noticed before. His office was very open as glass windows addorened two entire walls, making it able to stare our into the nothingness that stretches for miles it seemed. This was a private research company so obviously an out of the way location was most expected. Without realising shed spent too much time gawking at the luxurious office a low husky cough was heard. Cullen sat in his desk lightly smiling at Pandora as his black hair held a single curl that draped onto his forehead and his green eyes raised to watch her noticing her presence.

"I'm needed for breakfast?" Pandora stated with a question tone.

"It's on the bottom floor," Cullen replied sweetly his smirk turning into a wide smile and his eyes creased in the corners lightly. "I'll take you." He added in matter of fact manner. Rising from his desk he stepped towards Pandora and guided her whilst standing at her side to the breakfast area. They sat and ate breakfast, Pandora, Julie and Cullen. It warned Pandora's heart to have company.

After breakfast, Cullen had departed and Pandora was left in the capable hands of Julie and the other science employees. Lying on a testing bed Pandora was strapped down securely. Julie told her it was for "safety precautions". Not before long Julie returned to Pandora's side with a nearly transparent yellow liquid held within a syringe. Loading it's point at Pandora's neck the liquid slowly began to fill enter Pandora's bloodstream.

"You'll go to sleep first then we'll begin and th..." As Julie explained the details it didn't take long for a heavy wave to press upon Pandora and force her into a trance like slumber.

Once asleep on the hospital table Julie began to gather equipment and preparing for DNA extraction. Whilst at work Cullen stood at the window which allowed passers by to look in. His expression was unreadable. Julie continues with her work and began to sample DNA, and inserting a virus into the nucleus, she repeated this test with various volumes of the virus and waited for the results.

A few hours later Pandora regained consciousness and slowly sat up on the edge of the hospital table allowing her feet to dangle and sway playfully like a child's legs would. Pandora's arms ached, upon looking down she saw that Julie was almost like a vampire as she began a bloodbath with Pandora's arms seeing various syringe holes. Rubbing her head she stood up and this time her whole body swayed left and right. Weak. Pandora felt absolutely weakened from head to toe. Then hearing voices coming from the other room she became intrigued, it was all inaudible due to her distance from the other room.

She began to slowly step closer towards the door using nearby objects as a handrail to steady her balance. Closer. She could hear the voices more, it was definitely Cullen and Julie as their voices were so recognisable. However she couldn't quite make out the words so she stepped closer again pressing her ear against the door this time.

"Mr Sandwood, the tests will take to long and we don't have much time." Julie stated.

"Julie, do whatever it takes... Phase 7. It's our only hope." Cullen replied.

"She'll die if we do Phase 7, sir." Julie sharply pointed out to Cullen.

"Then let her die. It's our race or hers." Cullen angrily stated. Not even a hint of hesitation in his voice. He wanted her to die. This pulled upon Pandora's heart as she truly felt the people here wanted to help her race but really somehow the humans alone would receive the gain. Pandora was not prepared to die as she must help the seekers because it's her fault they exist... Ever since Day One.

Rage filled inside of her and nothing could prepare anyone for the terror that was about to come from within her.
