Bumping to the Best Man

Claire's pov
I just landed in New York looking for the person my best friend said is going to pick me,i was walking unwomanly i think because i can hear my feet beat right through my ears like 'flip flop'. I was just about to get a cab i bumped into someone
"hey what the fu**" i was about to complete my sentence when my eyes just met the man's eye then boom i ran out of words taking in all his features,from his straight short blonde hair ,down to his piercing green eyes,down to his straight nose,and the last but not the least all the way down to his kissable deep pink lips. " hellloooooo"i heard someone said snapping his fingers in front of my face bringing me back to reality.
"he-hi-hello-good morning" hell i am confused on what to say,i mean i have totally lost it, seeing him in front of me brings some spark within me that has never happened with Michael.
O my God this is not good daisy what have u got me into, i mean come on who does that to her best freind dropping a gorgeous looking man as my partner in her wedding she must be fucking kidding me i said to myself.
"u must be Claire right?" He asked me,O my God not is he only gorgeous but he has a goddam bloody sexy voice.i can't wait to know him better but right now i need to leave him before i can disgrace myself anymore,with that i just nodded leaving him clueless to the parking lot.
"You know a little yes is good not just leaving a person clueless behind" he said to me when we were in the car,
"if u wouldn't have bumped into me I could have been more audible for you to hear me saying yes when I said it" i said holding my hands that I just realized it was swollen due to the bumping incident,
"here help your self with a balm before we get to the nearest pharmacy Claire because I don't want a situation where i will have to be serving u as my Lord during the wedding" he said applying the balm on my hand leaving me to do the rest,
"Thanks but I don't need balm to heal my self i am a doctor and I know what is best for me",i said smoothing my hand with the balm.
"So what's your name mr i don't introduce myself to anybody",
I said making him to let out a bark of laughter "hahaha,I don't talk without introduction u high pitch woman" ,
he said with a smirk chuckling "hey don't be mad my name is Michael,i am a divorce lawyer and am here to attend-" i cut him off by saying "the Wedding as the groom best man and my partner,guess that's why you kind of sound awkward
"i lied looking at him with a smirk."you are far much the best lier i have ever met" he said under his laughter making me to fake a smile hiding my goal of failure as a liar.
"So what do you do back in California?"
Michael ask breaking the silence around us,
"uhm me,i am a medical doctor" i said in the nicest way i can taking him by amused."that's nice" and with that we arrived to our destination 'phewww' thank goodness we are here."o let me do it"Michael said to me when i was about to pull my box from the back seat "o thank u very much,thats much of a gentleman like" with that i left my handbag for him to add,I knew that i was not supposed to do that but that's what gentleman man deserve when they act like they are when they are not.
"Finally you are here!"my best freind daisy shouted jumping and throwing her arms around me getting me into a tight hug
" i have been waiting for you to come and get me over with this planning stuff" she said waiving her hands around the air, " what happened to the planner?"
I asked making daisy's face to fall into an emotional  mood,
"she left because we had an argument" with that a tear rolled down her cheek,
" shhhh don't cry am here there is nothing to worry about,things will go as planned"i said hugging her tightly.
"Really!"she asked like a five year old granted freedom of chocolate fountain, I nodded giving her a peck on cheek
"yes baby we are gonna dust some failures ass here"
"Okay ,okay you have to start with the cake" she said looking so happy, "
yay,okay i will be down with it it's just that i need some one to go with me?" A mischievous smile appeared on daisy's face,
"Michael can take u" no way I can't let this happen " no no no u don't have to tell-"
"Michael!" Before I could say anything i saw Michael approaching us with a breathtaking smile of his
"yes what can i do for the bride?" He asked manly " i need you to go with Claire to the bakery for the wedding cake order,no if or but I command you as a bride" she said cutting both of us off guard, we have no choice but to comply since it is her wedding.
