Changes

Kara was feeling confident for the new year, her sister though, she wasn't on the same boat as her younger sister was about the year. "Do you really need to chase her?" Alex asked as her sister was getting dressed a bit worried about how she wanted to go after Lena Luthor, the schools heartbreaker, even Alex at one point had wanted to get with the Luthor. It wasn't until she met Maggie Sawyer, her girlfriend now going on three years, but she was more worried as Kara had this new mantra in her head. Kara was Queen of National High, the most popular girl alongside her older sister, she had everything you'd want to have in high school only Kara realized she hadn't done so much in high school.

"Yes," Kara said confidently as she put on a see through white V-neck, some dark blue jeans, and her converse "I never chased her before Alex, I never followed through, I want to try plus I won't be the only one doing the chasing." After having getting dressed the golden locks fell in waves, her glasses sitting on her nose, "I want to know what it feels like and Lena looks like she can give me that feeling."

"You are fucking crazy Kara," Alex sighed having given up "but fine you can go through with your little plan but I am going to tell you 'I told you so' in the end."

"You got to experience everything why can't I? I've been good since freshman year so I feel like I deserve this if I get my own heart broken fine but let me have this." Kara grabbed her black leather jacket "I'm taking my bike to school what about you?"

"Same," Alex shook her head "I have to pick up Maggie are you going to stop by with me or?"

"Just to see you both make out? Hell no, I am not third wheeling especially knowing you might try to squeeze in a quickie I am fine plus I have to look for someone remember?"

Alex rolled her eyes as she headed out of Kara's room, grabbing her own leather jacket, and her bag tossing Kara's her own which held her bike helmet as well. "Meet you there then. Bye mom!"

"Bye, mom!" Kara yelled as she exited after Alex who was already on her own bike, their parents at first weren't to happy with their vehicle choice, but the girls were always super careful. "Don't take long, Alex." Was all Kara said before she took off then her sister as they went in the same direction but split off at the stop sign with Alex going right toward Maggie's home. Once Kara arrived in her usual parking spot since she had gotten the bike, James had arrived soon after her with Lucy Lane in his passenger seat, then Winn with his old Volkswagen beetle, Mike in his jeep, and Sam in her truck. The whole team was here besides Alex and Maggie, most of the kids in high school thought that Kara was the leader of the pack, in all honesty Alex mostly lead more than she did. "Alex and Maggie?" Lucy asked as Kara had removed her helmet which was now resting in front of her on the bike "Don't tell me."

"You know they have to get a quickie in," Kara shook her head "even with how much they see each other they act like it's been years."

Lucy laughed shaking her head "You know I wouldn't mind having a relationship like theirs," Kara gave her a confused look "talk later in private? So did you tell your sister about your crazy plan?"

"Okay," Kara nodded "sure I did although she wasn't to happy and thinks I'm crazy just like you do but you guys had more fun than I ever did which is partially my fault. I just want to cram what I missed into this year even if it is missing a lot, I haven't really been in love, or had a one nightstand like Alex did with Laurel's sister."

"Which is funny because she didn't even know that it was a one night stand," Lucy grinned "but are you completely sure? If so I have a party we can go to, it's on Friday night, you can start with that and who knows Lena Luthor might be there."

"Lena Luthor?" Winn had finally came up to them having been talking with James, Mike, and Same "Wait you are seriously going through with your plan?"
