It was your average day with the matsuno family. Got up, ate breakfast, changed into normal wear then went to go fishing "we have such blissful lives" osomatsu sighed "but we don't deserve it" choromatsu piped up and that started there fight... Like usual. You felt fine until you started coughing uncontrollably and it hurt... A lot. Until you looked at your hands

Blood was rushing down your hand, mouth and nose. shooken you looked around to the guys and they were frantic "Y/N w-what, are okay?!" That was all you could hear until you passed out
Ichimatsu's POV
We were waiting outside of the doctor's office waiting for y/n's condition. The feeling was sickening knowing that there is a chance she might die right there and was laying on her deathbed. Finally the moment of truth the door opened but I knew it was bad, I could tell by mom's face. She was in tears the doctor Walked to the Side of her "y/N has a very leathal heart condition where the heart can stop and won't start meeting again, right now her heart is holding on a few threds she won't last 2 months, lucky if even 3. We can keep her living but only for a small amount of time, and no there is no opperation to fix this. We have done everything we could." My reaction was darkening "can we see her?" I asked "yes you can, spend as much time with her as you like because it won't last forever"

It was just me and y/n left in the room, the rest left to go home but I had to stay. "How are you feeling now?" She chuckled "shitty but I'm fi-" and she started violently coughing more blood. Rubbing and patting her back was really all I could do until she settled down with the coughing.
Y/n's POV
I hate the sight of blood now, how it looks and how I cough all of a sudden. Gripping on ichimatsu on a tight hug "I-ichi I *hic* don't want to die l-like this, and not ever!" I cried fearing that I will die soon "I know... I know" also crying with you he stopped and he brushed my hair out of the way and kissed my forehead and entwined our hands together "that's why I'm going to see you every day no matter what"

Ichimatsu's pov
The days went past, all the way to the end of the month. You two were finishing a sweet But alas I had to leave because humans need a thing called "sleep" and went home. I was folding her clothes to bring to her until I started coughing like how she did and coughed blood but I was stronger and now understood her pain and wiped my blood with my sleeve and I accepted that I had to end up as she did. I could not tell anyone because I had to be strong for her no matter what. Sighing I went to the hospital once again for my daily visit

{y/n's pov}
I was looking at the window gazing at the people, some couples, some children and even some old people but one thing that everyone had. A smile and freedom, that's what I don't have after all I have only around a month or so left to live. as I thought that a knock on the door was heard "come in" I said blankly. as I seen Ichimatsu sit beside me on the usual chair but today he had a bouquet of (f/c) (f/f) for a moment I felt happy but that went away faster than expected. "hey why are you sitting in the dark? why don't we let some sunshine in" he had opened the blinds and sunlight poured in, I covered my eyes because I haven't seen the sun in so long because it's been raining for the past month. "what are those for?" I pointed at the flowers and he smiled and kissed my forehead "for your birthday of course" oh yea I forgot it was my birthday, huh the months have sure gone by fast. "and since it's your birthday I planned a party somewhere in this building" he gave me a very rare wide smile. "and when is the party starting?" i asked. to my surprise he put a blindfold around my eyes. "very soon but you can't see for a bit because i have to move you to the location" I hummed as an okay.
