Football to the Head

Today we played touch football in gym class. I hate playing games that involves a football, especially when my brother John trows it when I'm either writing in my diary or when I'm doing my homework or when I'm sleeping!!! Ugh! 😡

Anyway, THIS was much worse! We played touch football and then, get this! Marley Clark pretty much bossed me around and SHE threw the ball right in my face!

I was completely knocked out!

I woke up and all the students surrounded me

What did you do Marley?
A boy said

Jeez Marley! What did you do that for? She's hurt badly
Another boy said

Yeah Marley! Seriously!
A girl said

Oh dear Nina! Are you ok?! I didn't mean to
Marley said

Marley, you did that in purpose
A girl said glaring at her

Marley is such a liar

Marley Clark! You get to Mr. Fieldman's office now!
Our gym teacher said

But she got in my way!
Marley said

She changed her story again! Obviously

Ms. Clark! Either go to Mr. Fieldman's or you can run 50 laps! Your choice!
Our gym teacher said

Marley stormed off to Mr. Fieldman's

Are you ok Nina?
A girl said

Y-Yeah! I'm ok.
I said

They guided me to the nurse's office

I had a gash on my forehead

Also Lisa and Danielle walked in

OH MY GOD! Are you ok Nina?!
Lisa said

Yeah! I'm ok
I said

We walked out of the nurse's office and then we saw Marley

Well! I see that you got me in trouble
Marley sneered

Danielle came to my defense and got in her face

Marley! You did that to Nina on purpose!
Danielle hissed

Yeah! You could of killed her
Lisa said

So? I didn't throw it that hard
Marley said

You did so! I was completely knocked out!
I shot back

Whatever! Thanks to you dork! I got detention! I have to clean the locker rooms! Eeeewwwwww!!
Marley said

Well you got what you deserved!
Lisa said

Whatever. Later dorks
Marley said

She sashays away

God! I hate it when she sashays

Then Ricky came over to me

Hey Nina. Are you ok?
Ricky said

Yeah I'm ok. Just Marley being her
I giggled

Yeah. That wasn't right of her to do that
Ricky said

Yeah.
I said to him

We left school and guess what Ricky gave me........an ice cream cone😁 He's soooo sweet!

He then walked me home

I walked in and my mom and my dad looked at me with concern

Nina! Are you ok?!
My mom said as she hugged me

I'm ok mom!
I said to her

We heard that Marley Clark hit you with a football
My dad said

I'm ok
I said to him

Oh my god! This gash you got on your forehead
My dad said

My mom's eyes grew big

Brandon? Do you remember what MacKenzie did to me in 8th grade?
My mom said

Yeah! I remember that! She really hit you Nikki
My dad said

Yeah she did
My mom said

So did Marley get detention?
My mom said

Yeah she did. She has to clean the locker rooms
I said to them

My parents laughed

Wow!
They both said

Yeah. Marley will be whimpering through the mess
