AVA
I dust my hands and look around my newly unpacked room in satisfaction. Although I have yet to run across my roommate.
I shrug it off and pull a hoodie and my slides on. I walk out and lock the door before heading out of the building.
Looking around, I spot a McDonalds in walking distance and head towards it in a fast manner.
Almost a little too excited, I burst through the door and head to the counter.
"Hi, welcome to McDonald's. How may I help you?" A girl about 16 asked me. I gave a polite smile and said," one Big Mac and a large sweet tea to go."
"Coming right up," she smiled. After receiving my cup, I go to the machines and get my tea before standing out of the way of other customers.
"Order 49," I heard an employee call out. I check my receipt and I had order 50. With a sigh I lean back into the wall.
"Order 50," I heard after a few minutes and I headed to the front.
"Thank you, have a great day," he dismissed with a nod.
"You, too," I smiled as I grabbed my food the walked away. I walk back to the room with my food.
I unlock the door and head straight to the couch with my food. I let out a moan of happiness when the Big Mac touches my tongue.
"That isn't healthy for you," I heard from behind me.
I let out a screech and I flew backwards and landed on my butt. Clenching onto my burger I look up to see the bastard who decided to give me a heart attack.
"And neither is giving a person a heart attack," I nearly shouted. "Oops," he said dismissively with a smirk.
"Dumbass," I muttered as I got up taking another bite of my burger.
"What's this?" He asked as he picked up my drink.
"Cat piss," I stated and took another bite of my burger.
He shrugged and dipped from it. "You ogre," I shouted as I lunged to take my drink back.
"You drink sweet tea?" He asked as his face scrunched up.
"Yeah, problem?" I asked. He rolled his eyes.
"Wait, who are you?" I asked realizing I didn't know him. "Your roommate," he smiled.
"You? A boy? But...how?" I said aloud.
"Oh sweetheart, I'm no boy," he smirked while flexing his muscles.
"Oh, sweetheart, shut the fuck up," I retorted storming to my room with my burger and tea.
"Hey, is it cool with you if I invite my friends over?" He asked from outside my door.
"Eat shit," I replied.
"Thanks," He called out.
