I look down to the faded scars on my arms from when stuff with my dad' got too much to deal with . But I'm getting better now and I'm proud of myself . The new strong me . My family know about these and their so understanding and supportive , we've got such a good bond thankfully . I walk downstairs , putting denim shorts on over my bikini and slipping my sliders on my tanned , freshly toe painted feet.
I walk out to the back yard where I'm met with my mum and dad , cooking the bbq.
