Jordan POV: I've just graduated from high school, and all my life I've always known what it is I've wanted to do. From a young age I knew that I wanted to be in the entertainment business. It's always been music that I've been fascinated with, I can sing pretty well but I feel as if I know better how to find a star. I've always known what I like and what I don't. And at my age i feel like I know what the public is into right now. I know I'm not an expert for sure, but nobody's an expert when they first start, you have to work for it. I don't want to waste time trying to figure how to make it on my own, so I've decided to take a shot and go to Beverly Hills where Syco Record label is located, to meet the man himself...Simon Cowell. I'm gonna try the best I can to talk to him and tell him I wanna learn the business from the feet of the master, with no pay and nothing in return, I just want to learn how he does things. I know it sounds a little Impossible, but it's more impossible if you don't try. I know what kind of man he is on television but not exactly what he's like in reality so I've got no idea what to expect, hopefully he's not a total jerk that he makes himself out to be, but I mean the music business is a nasty business and I'm willing to do what it takes to get to where I want to be.
Simon POV:
2020 has been a very long year and a lot of more achievements and artists have risen from my shows. Agt, Bgt, and the X factor have just been finished up and have to come to a wrap this year. So I'm going to be spending a lot more time in California at my record label to be more of the business man then the tv star, because half the stuff I produce on tv wouldn't be possible if I didn't spend time at the office for quite a while. My son Eric who is now 6 years old is still quite to young to be learning the business yet and is still in school, so he doesn't really come with me often or try's to listen to what I'm saying but that's how little boys are. He's mostly with my girlfriend Lauren, I don't like not spending a lot of time with him but that's what my job requires, Lauren doesn't like it much either and I've told her numerous times this is my life and I can't abandon everything I've worked for, because now it has meaning after I'm gone, now that Eric is here I want him to take over when I'm gone so that I can have a legacy and whoever else I see fit to run the business when I'm gone. Who knows who will be the next music mogul.
