Violet's POV
I lay in bed with the sun beaming on my face, drunken from mental and emotional exhaustion, recalling events from last night.
I graduated and celebrated with people whom I have known for my whole life but... will never see again. So many memories, some happy but most full of lies, pain, and regrets; all now terminating. That's good because I'm sick and tired of the closed-mindedness of this small town. For too long, I've put up with their bull shit because places like this your reputation is everything, everyone knows you. I need to go this is not my place and there is nothing for me here, but where the hell is?
Suddenly my phone buzzes on my chest, I pick it up to see that it is an email from VH1 for RuPaul's Drag Race Legendary Children.
Oh shit, they reviewed my audition...
Two dance videos, a Snatch Game, headshots, a video interview, and a crown from a silly little junior drag competition is all I sent, was it enough? Were they even going to except females? Deep Breath.
Adore's POV
I'm sitting on my couch, eating a bowl of fruit while watching the Seattle rain fall from the gloomy grey sky. All of the sudden is hear "ET phone home,' my text tone which makes me jump sometimes. I open the link sent by Mama Ru herself nervously since I know what's coming. It's a list of possible matches for an upcoming season where veteran queens welcome fetuses into the competition.
Am I ready for this? Do people expect me to come back after the emotional train wreck of my Allstate's 2 experience?
I read through the list and the short bios of each possible match until one name stops me in my tracks.
